BestChoice Hvac and Plumbing

Charles installed my new garbage disposal on Memorial Day (5-27-24). He was nice, friendly, courteous, professional and did a great job pretty quickly. The disposal is working like it should and I'm happy with BestChoice Hvac and Plumbing.

I had to have my whole water line replaced under my house. They came out and did the work in one day. I was very happy with the work they did and will be using them again in the future.

I contacted Terrence after my shower handle broke and Best Choice was assigned via my HWC. Immediate response, communication, and arrival promptly the next morning fixed correctly. Professional, competent, friendly. Thanks Terrence and I highly recommend his company.

Terrance came to fix a 2 yo dishwaher and a middle-aged dryer. He was responsive and communicated day/ time range for appt. Showed up on time. Was courteous and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problems. Gave me hints for getting the best performance out of this particular brand. Happy with the results of their visit.

Terrence was early and efficient, a huge thank you to him for his care towards my stress due to broken appliances. He went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of. I am thankful for someone like him!

This company is very unprofessional. My home warranty company assigned them to me. They scheduled an appointment for me instead of reaching out for my availability. I called them back multiple times to reschedule because no one answered the phone. They gave me a time frame, and no one showed up within the time frame, so I called, but no one answered the phone. I called again, and someone finally answered and said the technician is on the way. The technician finally showed up and said he had to call my home warranty for approval. He said he had other homes as well. He said he might be able to return or they would call me within a few days. They didn't call within a few days. They sent a text the following week saying they were sending a technician out the day of the text. No one called me to schedule an appointment. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible professionalism. Does not answer phone, return calls or show up to appointments. Save yourself the frustration and go with a different company.

Edit: I never said I hired this company directly. I filed a claim with my home warranty for repairs. This company came to my home, accessed my oven and ordered replacement parts. SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME, to schedule a time to come out to repair my oven. They CALLED ME ON THE DAY OF THS APPOINTMENT to cancelled, saying one of their technicians quit without notice and left them short staffed. They rescheduled my appointment for 4 days later and didn’t show up. I spent the entire weekend calling without no return call. My home warranty service has called them several times in which they told me they didn’t answer for them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT DISHONEST AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY. 2 MONTHS THEY HAD MY DRYER BELT. TOOK MY MONEY BUT CANT ANSWER THE PHONE AGAIN DO NOT CONSIDER THEM AS AN OPTION. THE NEWS WILL B CONTACTED BOUT THEIR PRACTICES

They canceled on us 4 times we scheduled an appointment with them, and when we tried contacting them, they never returned our phone calls.
