Being the new person in town is never easy, especially when you don't know anyone.
I stumbled upon Movement Fitness, call it fate!
I have never met a more inviting, friendly and motivating group of women in my entire 42 years of life.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
Not only is it a great place to workout and be held accountable, but the environment these ladies create motivates me every morning at 5am to show up!

I am not exaggerating when I say this gym has changed my life. The trainers are all top notch people. The fact that the workouts are all scaleable meant that I was challenged from day one, but also never felt like it was so over my ability level that it was impossible. Probably best of all is that the community is unmatched when it comes to the level of support, encouragement, and fun. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We have moved in to the old snap fitness building we are much bigger space its wonderful also the name has changed to Combat Athletics . There will be a big sign soon !

The environment at Movement Fitness is unlike anything else! There is so much support and camaraderie in every single class and the results speak for themselves. I’ve worked out here for 3+ years and have always felt challenged and wanting to go back for more.
