Regions Bank

Very friendly banker by the back door..and i did not have to wait long before I was helped. I have banked with them for over 20 years and they have always helped me. I like the people at this branch that I have spoken to and have nothing negative to say about being here.

We have been doing business with Regions for over 40 years (it was then a different name, and then another name and…. We feel like we have been treated professionally, kindly and respectful.

I went in to get a debit card printed the person who helped me was in the first office directly in front of the front door. She was super sweet, warm, welcoming, and a very relatable person. I felt like I was being helped by a family member.

I'm not sure why their overall star rating is low. I have banked with Regions for decades. My mother and daughter both bank with Regions and my husband and I have two accounts, a safety deposit box, and a savings account all with Regions. I have always been happy with them. Receiving help from someone in person is always easy, as it is by email as well. I honestly haven't a complaint about Regions that I can recall. We will definitely continue banking with them and begin using them for other financial needs.
I live in Denham Springs Louisiana-If you would like to open an account and use my name as a reference you will get $50.00 when you open your account. If you know of someone personally you can get the same using them as a referral. I'm offering my information for anyone who does not have someone else to refer them.

Regions is an excellent Bank. I have been banking with them for 6 years and have never had a problem with their services or their staff. I recommend this Bank to anyone who wants a great Bank with great services!

I have never really been one to leave reviews on business websites before just because I believe that not all experiences are the same but after today and everything I've experienced I just had to get on here and leave the Denham Springs location for Regions Bank five stars and an excellent review from me!! I had such a horrible experience over the last two weeks with the Oneal location and their staff but after maybe a 10-20 minute visit at this location, every problem I had incurred had been fixed and taking care of. This staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and in such a timely manner as well (not that I would have minded if it would have taken long or longer than it did but that was just such a huge plus that they were able to handle it so quickly)! They were so friendly, inviting, welcoming and genuine with me. The lady I spoke with, I believe her name was Amanda if I am remembering correctly, even came out to give me a big hug after everything I'd been through this week. That was so sweet, she was great! And so are the other ladies! The bank is so big and beautiful, it's decorated so nicely and literally spotless clean. I will never go back to Oneal again if I can help it and from now on the Denham Springs Regions Bank will be my home Bank. Everybody come here, I promise you won't leave disappointed!!! XOXO

Regions Bank is the BOMB!!!! I had Regions when I lived in Franklin, LA and still have now in Denham Springs, LA. I have a nice chitty chitty bang bang (Nissan Versa Note SR) because Regions gave me a personal loan. I was in hard times and they made a difference in my life. THANK YOU REGIONS!!!!

So after a divorce, my credit was so bad that I wasn't able to even open a checking account for over 10 years! However, I happened to be in a Region's Bank in BR to cash a check and decided to ask about opening one with them. All went well but I live in Walker so I normally use the DS location. Every time I've been in, I've only received great service! I went in yesterday to make a deposit and inquire about a secured credit card to try to get my credit score back up. I was told to sit and wait for the next one available to talk to me. Within a couple of minutes, a gentleman named Michah... If I spelled his name right... Came and brought me to his office. He listened close to each detail of what I had to say and then went over my options. I was very impressed with his knowledge of credit cards and credit scores. He gave me several helpful tips as he took all of my information. After signing all of the paperwork, he explained that he would call me the following day when he gets the decision, which is today. I have not yet heard from him but it's still early. Either way, if I get approved or not, I plan to bank with Region's from now on. I have absolutely nothing to say negative! God bless!

I consistently get exceptional customer service at this location. I go here to make the deposits for the place I work at. All the ladies here are excellent and very professional. Whether I go in or the drive through, it is always a great experience. Two thumbs up!!!

I went in hoping to get a savings account after being turned down from other banks because of not having very much credit ended up leaving with a Checking account which was great!! And Sarah L. Is the teller who helped me and she was so nice extremely helpful really went above and beyond! Like I said I was just hoping for a savings & she went beyond that so thank you to Sarah & Regions!! Really made my day!😁

No problems. We have been treated respectfully . We don't have a lot of money but they treat us as though we did.
