I had the most amazing experience with the storage facilitator, Kelly. Trying to move stuff out of my grandmother's house because she's in a nursing home Kelly was absolutely amazing not only did she let me keep the truck for longer but she was able to give me a dolly and have her two boys help me move because it was just me and my mom absolutely give this 5 Stars if I could give it a 10 I would

I was in need of a unit at short notice and I called Tellus Self Storage, where I was greeted by the most delightful employee by the name of Kelly. She really takes pride in her job, and doesn't mind going the extra mile to assist. I really appreciate her positive energy and fast acting. From the moment I called she made sure if they could help me, I was helped. Even when I couldn't figure out an issue with their FREE rental truck, she ran over to help put my mind at ease about it. LOL! at that point, it didn't even matter that the truck was not in the best shape. Awesome job Kelly, please keep doing what you do, I my book, you're an asset.

Facility is great! Management is amazing. KELLY is friendly and really makes sure your move is hassle free. She makes sure to get you into exactly what you need. I definitely recommend this Storage place as a safe welcoming facility.

Absolutely amazing place, very clean, very well kept.
Crystal has been incredible, I've had to transition from previous terrible service three times and she went above and beyond to not only promote her business but also make me feel more secure in my decision to rent a storage from her. Crystal understood everything I'd previously been through and kept in constant contact with me during my transition into Tellus.
If you want a good friendly, clean storage with no hassle of critters and bad management this surly is the place to go. I highly recommend Tellus Self Storage.

Crystal is very sweet & easy to work with. She seems to really care. She doenst make you feel like just another customer. Also meet main boss today also very nice down to earth easy going man. Great people to work with!

I was able to call from out of state and Crystal took care of everything and got me set up with a unit large enough to accommodate my needs! Everything is super clean, very well maintained, and Crystal is the absolute BEST! She takes care of her people and keeps the place in tip-top shape!

I absolutely love this place! I would recommend this place a hundred times! They are very informative and understanding of any situation! Might I add the staff is so polite and amazing! This place is a movement they need to go nationwide! How can I forget Mrs. Laura she is a gem, she is one of the kindest person that I have met since moving to Louisiana.

Crystal is a saint. Not only did she help meonher day off but a holiday. Customer Service could Not be better. I have been with them 5 years and never once did I have s problem. Crystal and her team truly know the meaning of helping those in need and are genuine from the heart when they do so. There are special places for teams like this and if I could do more than 5 starts I would, she is the best!!!❤

We needed a quick place to store some furniture and household goods and couldn't be more pleased. Mrs Perkins has gone out of her way to help us get our things into a full climate unit quickly and we have no worries about their condition for the next several months that the will be stored.
The location is great, easily accessible from Florida Blvd and only a few minutes to the interstate

Laura Bowman, the property manager, has made this experience exceptional! I work such crazy hours and she made getting my unit a breeze! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Sooo thankful for her and this place!

I would highly recommend Community Self Storage to anyone in need of a storage unit. Ask for Mrs. Laura. She will go out of her way to make sure your experience is a good one. My brother was moving in from out of town and needed a storage unit and a moving truck really quick. She went to work and was able to help us out with their moving truck in time to get everything done. Community Self Storage is very fortunate to have someone work for them who takes so much pride in helping their customers. Moving is never fun, but Mrs. Laura definitely took a lot of the stress away that comes with moving. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!

I have rented an RV Storage Site#20132 I'm very Pleased with the way I was informed about all of the conveniences of having my RV where it is . Laura Bowman is an Asset to this Company , well informed & to the point with every question I had. She took the time needed with me to show me the facility & go over all paperwork pertaining to the rental of Unit. I'm Very Pleased that I chose this Place.. I looked at & called several but I chose this one, because I felt safe & confident with what I saw & heard. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs Storage for RV & Boat knowing your property is Safe.

Having to move short notice is such a pain in the rear. Thankfully Crystal was able to hurry and get me a temp storage unit and a truck to move our items. Such a life saving since uhaul was super expensive just to rent the truck temporarily

Property is clean! Manager is polite and welcoming. Affordable prices and 24 hour access. Paperwork wasn't too bad and FREE MOVING TRUCK!

The manager, Jeremy, greeted me with a smile and was polite. He answered my questions and was very helpful. Property was very clean. Will definitely keep this in mind for any future need of a unit.
