I had a typical hotel stay here and then my kid left his pillow and didn't realize until several hours after we checked out. Anyone with children who have beloved objects knows how difficult this situation is. We stopped back by and the front desk was able to locate our missing item from a maid cart.

2 days before AT&T had the nation's outage, there was an internet outage. We spent the night here because we're needed reliable internet for a special meeting. Thanks for helping...

Super friendly staff! Location convenient to highway but just far enough off main drag it's not difficult getting into or out of. Breakfast was delicious and they have many options!

Came down for a wedding. We were impressed with the hotel. Definitely surpassed our standards. Room was spacious and clean. We had a double Queen suite that we shared with our two boys. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was good. Check in and out with Alexis was simple, fast, and enjoyable. She has such an inviting personality. From housekeeping (thanks TJ) to the front desk crew, thank you for making this weekend feel like a home away from home. I know I speak for our family as well as the other families that we shared breakfast with that we are all impressed! Hotel is near lots of quick food places, movies, and mall.
Con: the water was lukewarm the first night we arrived. I spoke with Becky at the front desk who quickly corrected the issue for the rest of the stay. Thank you!

Nice room, good service, and a better than average breakfast.

First impression walking through the door The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lobby was clean and nice with lemon water for the guests. The hotel itself is Located in a good spot next to plenty of restaurants. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were spacious clean cool and had comfy beds ! Happy with my stay for a reasonable price. The breakfast was also delicious and a good variety of things to eat from biscuits eggs sausage bacon and gravy to the easy stuff like bagels waffles cereal and muffins. Pool is also open which is a plus cause most hotels pools are still closed. Also had a 24 hr gym area which was nice. Will definitely be coming back for any future trips! If I could give more than 5 stars I’d give 10 !

Pretty nice rooms. Comfortable and cozy. Stayed for 2 days and enjoyed every bit of it. The maintenance man is a very helpful guy and he help me back my truck in. He insisted on going out his way to make sure everything was good. The people at the counter were very nice as well. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who like Cleanliness.

We just got here. I was a little worried as the carpet is frayed in places, other small maintenance problems BUT the downstairs restrooms are clean! Front Desk lady was sweet as she could be. The room was a knock out for the modest price. ROOMY for a dual queen. AC/ Heater worked fine. Bath is nicely set up and accommodating and clean. Beds are comfy and fluffy. If we could, I'd move this hotel to where we will eventually holiday this year. (to manager: fix the water softener. hard to rinse off the soap.)

We were very pleased with our over night stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was excellent. Large, clean, updated and the bed was comfortable. There was a slight paint smell from the recent renovations. There is a temporary area for the breakfast, but the new area looked to be almost completed. Hot breakfast available and fruits, cereals etc. They also give you a goodie bag when you check out of fruit, muffin, granola bar and water. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. There are some renovations going on, but almost completed.

Nice and clean rooms. Hotel was very quiet during my stay. The breakfast was plentiful. The only issue I had was the bed. It was "seriously" firm. But I did sleep good on it. Other than that it was a great stay and I will be returning soon!

Very clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, will definitely stay again. We were in room 104 right across from the business center and breakfast area, so we could hear talking. Just keep that in mind if you want to sleep in a little later - 104 may not be the room for you. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel stay. The beds are incomparable in terms of comfort. I slept like a baby, and hardly wanted to wake up in the morning. The complimentary lemon water is cool and fresh, and the rooms have ample cooling/heat for your comfort.

Spacious room nice and cozy for my overnight trip

New hotel. Very nice condition. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast buffet. Pool a little small. Parking area is limited to the rear of the property. Walls a bit thinner than I would like. Staff was WONDERFUL!! Really made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a nice place to spend the night.

Clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable suites. Very well kept hotel. Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. Nice breakfast selections. Very convenient to I-12, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. Close to Baton Rouge, but not as congested. You won't be disappointed staying here.

We stayed on a Tuesday night and had a very nice stay. Comfy beds, clean atmosphere, nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, and cereals. The man at the front desk was very friendly as well.
