Took my husband's suits to them and they cleaned them same day which was great! The only thing is when we for home , we noticed his Grey suit still has brown stains !! Looks like it wasn't cleaned at all! So disappointed!

The quality of this business has steadily declined. Every time I get ready to put a shirt on the buttons are broken, crumbling or missing. How can you press a shirt and not notice this? You can't. Lazy

1st and last time. It's not the fact they did not inform me they could not clean my blouse, it's not the fact that they did not ask me to sign a waver in case of damage, and it is definitely not the fact that it took them a week to try fix to that problem.
It is however the way they acted like I was dumb and insisted I should blame the manufacturer for placing a "Dry Clean Only" tag 🤦‍♀ And THEN they had the nerve to claim that some clothes are made for "ONE TIME WEAR" Only😂 and they're called "Fasion Clothes". 😂 Mind you this was a very nice Karl Lagerfeld dress blouse with stones around the collar...
With that said, they did attempt to bring the original pearl white color to the shirt by removing, recleaning and restitching the white layer of the blouse. They also waved the cleaning fee. I appreciated that! But the attitude was SO unprofessional especially the voice raising, continuous interruption and just blantly dumbfounding excuses for their mistake. That was my experience and will never come back.

Completely ruined clothes, then sneakily packaged all of the conspicuous damage without taking responsibility up front for their errors. They would not refund the cost of the cleaning nor for the value of the clothes. Smiles and niceness go away when faced with paying out for their mistakes. Run from this unscrupulous management and their sloppy work.

Buyer beware!!! These people are a real piece of work. Ruined over a thousand dollars in clothes and refused to take responsibility. Then had the nerve to laugh about it. Lowest scum of the earth!!
