The staff is always friendly in the store and pharmacy. I’ve spoken with the manager and she’s very nice. The meat department always has nice cuts. Thank you management.

Nice and clean store. Good customer service and they had everything fully stock.

Alil pricey but the service at the registers are exceptional. They are quick n courteous.

This is one of the biggest, cleanest, well organized stores I have seen. Will be back.

Love this place, the prices are a little more ,but you do have better quality specially the meats and seafood. I love the fruit selection and all the pre cut fruit. The bakery always has fresh breads and cakes. The staff is always super nice and the store is very clean.

I love the deals you can get at Acme. I go here every day for lunch, and get their chicken. It is the best tasting chicken I've had in a long time!! You have got to try it if you haven't already!

As usual store was very clean, shelves were stocked. More items should be discounted in my opinion, that customers purchase most often though. And my check out person named Laurel was very polite, and asked for a bagger which I greatly appreciated beings I had many groceries to be bagged. Give that young lady a raise please!! 😁 All in all very pleasant experience as usual, which makes me keep coming back!! 👍

Acme is a good grocery store to run in real quick if you need a few things. They have self checkout, and throughout the month, they have some great sales if you use your acme store card like your membership card!

Chloe from Drive & Go is seriously the best. Her customer service is the best I’ve ever had at any grocery store. She always calls me about my order and goes above and beyond every time. You have an amazing employee working for you.

My wife and I moved here from Upstate N.Y 2+ years ago and have been going to the Suburban Plaze Acme since its the closest. We like going there but our least favorite part is the checkout. Recently they got a new employee named Elizabeth, and now checkout is my favorite part. She's an incredible woman and makes me feel like I'm family. If there were empty lines I would wait in hers for an hour just for the personal experience.

The manager and cashier were amazing. The watched out for an elderly lady with possible dementia. Even helped her to her car. Doing the right thing when no one is looking. God bless them both!

Actually I don't really shop the market, I use their pharmacy. I have been using them for quite some time now and have always been satisfied with their service. The staff is always polite and very helpful. Whenever I have a question for the pharmacist, they've always been extremely helpful. Their prices are usually below what you might find elsewhere. I do highly recommend using the Acme Pharmacy. The Pharmacy name is Savon, by the way.

Any time I have a problem with anything, they are very quick to address it at this store. All the employees are always helpful and cheerful. The fruit and veggies are usually better than other stores where I go so I try to make it a habit to go here first.

Acme has really stepped their game up since a few years ago. They tend to have higher regular prices than Food Lion or Wal-Mart on groceries but the amount of sales they have more than make up for it. Plus, the Just for U app you can download through the ACME app gives all kinds of great deals with digital coupons as well as rewards for so many points earned where you can get points totaling 1 reward, 2 rewards, 3 rewards, up to like 7 or 8 or 10 rewards (I can't remember how high it goes) or you can stack those 6 or 7 rewards for 1 and 2 rewards items and get a variety of things free or with money off and you can stack the just for U coupons with the regular deals or coupons ACME already recognizes. They always have get 2 for a certain amount which is almost half the regular price then you may have a deal from the just for U app to take more off it even end up getting stuff for free plus get your rewards. They've really done a great job becoming more people friendly and easier on your wallets or pocketbooks. They always seem to have fresh produce that looks really nice and healthy and is competitively prices with the other grocery stores as well.

Deli has excellent selection and Pat is always helpful.
Shelves are stocked to perfection and if I can't find something one of Acmes employees Richard will locate the product. In the checkout line Diana and Jim are efficient and fast in moving customers along. I would give all 4 of these employees a 10 for making my shopping experience enjoyable.

Love my Acme store. 100 Suburban Drive. Grab my Starbucks because I'm a fresh pass user. Great app. I only say I wish you didn't have to pick your Upics. It should automatically do it if your a member.

Had a bad experience with the snow crab clusters. They where so tiny & if you dropped them on your plate they’d float like a feather & make a hollow meatless sound when they hit. I called Mike, the manager. He made everything right. I came back a week later when the bigger ones where back in stock. He ended up refunding & replacing my purchase with some monster size clusters. I can’t speak for other locations, but the Acme in Elkton has always been the best seafood around for a decade. Now I know that the Excellent customer service from Mike is watching over. I’ll always be a seafood customer with Acme for that.

Prices are high. But their Deli, Bakery, and Meat Departments are FAR superior to either Walmart's or Food Lion's. Also, their fresh, in-house made subs are AWESOME. And at only five dollars, they are a great deal. To get a sub like that anywhere else, you'd pay around ten bucks. I live in North EAst and sometimes drive to this Acme just for subs.

We have been shopping at Acme for 20 years. Best meats, produce and overall selection of groceries at reasonable prices. The last renovation made the displays more accessible and organized and pleasing to the eye. The Acme is always clean and well stocked.
