I always love coming to this store. The selection is great, and they’re always having deals. The staff is helpful and service gets better with every visit! Today I was helped by Camryn Kartchner. She greeted me when I came in, and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. If she isn’t the store manager, she should be! She helped everyone in the store in this manner and I left Puma feeling better than when I came in. Amazing customer service! Thank you! :)

Just went in to see what deals they had. Told the associate Sarah the colors I liked and price point and she went off to the back and came back with some options. She brought out a pair of shoes I didnt even consider but she nailed it first try and I had to buy the shoes she brought out for me. She did the same for my fiance. Just amazing customer service. Employees like her make me want to ho back!

Salesperson was extremely helpful, was looking for a specific style shoe and is longer made. Not her fault. She suggested closest shoe to what I was looking for. Didn't get it...yet. But figures finding a shoe that fits, feels and I like is no longer made. 😢

Such a fantastic experience shopping at the Puma store. Associates Kayleen and Arielle were truly amazing and very helpful as they took time to listen to all of my questions. What made it even more amazing was the fact that the savings were HUGE

OMG this Puma store had the same items the online store however they were 2/3 lass in the store periods we made multiple purchases, the staff and manager were extremely helpful and whence to Grace lens to find everything that we had come to the store for periods of course we ended up leaving with much much more. It is refreshing to go to a store or you can actually get help and assistance in finding the merchandise you want I'm leaving the store contented. I would give the store 10 Stars if I could. Thank you, Puma. Your staff have been so well-trained and clearly love their jobs oh, what a breath of fresh air.
