We never have to worry about communications or time frames as the whole crew is always ahead of the game. Both Flick and Julie treat us like we are the number 1 customer all the time. On a Friday afternoon, I neededt a tractor tire for my John Deere , everyone else said Monday at the earliest, Pat Payne had me up and going in a couple hours. I pulled up and they even loaded them in my truck!
