U.S. Bank Branch

Brand new to US BANK...wish I had made the move years ago! Everything there is modern and new technology. Customer service thus far a 10.

So far I’ve been very pleased with this bank. Megan the branch manager is super helpful in setting up my acc and helping make smart decisions regarding my credit usage.

For a basic checking account I am very pleased with US Bank. Every time I have come into the Murray branch or called for help with my account the issue has been resolved quickly. Online website for US Bank is very easy to use as well and has always been up when I needed it.

This is not my regular bank, but I've only had good experiences here. Tanya (that is, if the business card on the counter was her's) was extremely helpful. I would consider moving my accounts here.

I have never had an issue with this bank. I see that most of the reviews are not the best. I have been going here for several years now and have never had any problems!

Their customer service is very helpful, over the phone & onsite.

Had to wait 30 minutes in line. Only one teller working. He was working as fast as he could but the line was to the door. They close at 4:00 but I left at 4:15. There were a couple of women who came to ask if they could help but more or less said that only if it had nothing to do with money such as address change. If they want to keep my business they better hire more tellers and take care of their customers

My overall experience with US Bank has NOT been favorable at ALL! However, Dec 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Ashleigh Swanigan, Client Relationship Consultant. She was very professional yet, personable. She made me feel very comfortable in establishing an estate account. (Which is charged $ 6.95 monthly and that ridiculous for a deceased person with few assets). Anyway, Ms. Swanigan has been available for telephone calls. Somehow the EIN was not correct according to US Bank and Ashleigh is trying to assist me in sorting this out. Overall, USB has not a clue as to what’s going on. I have used Hopkinsville, ky locations and find the same problem. IMO Ms. Swanigan is the only thing positive for USB. A true asset! After, my current situation is over I will probably change banks. In NO WAY is this a reflection on Ashleigh! She has been great!!

Slowest drive thru. Been here 3 times this week. Always 2 of 4 lanes open and I have never gone through drive thru in less than 34 minutes. Been like this since I started coming in October 2019. Today I arrived at 1:20, it is now 1:48 and I am still in line. Very disappointing.

This is the worst ran branch I’ve ever seen… After being a customer for more than 10 years we finally left.

The branch has really gone down hill with so many other banks in town I think it's time to change banks. The lone ATM seldom works with all the features it's supposed to have available and the drive-through truly has bankers hours 9 am til 4 pm hardly time to do business. That's less than 8 hours a day Monday though Friday and if the lone ATM is down for maintenance your truly out of luck. Another poor feature of the bank is the long lines at the ATM mid day it can be 20 or more minutes.

Absolutely worst bank I’ve ever had the experience even going to. We deposited a check two weeks ago that we needed for rent, groceries, and even Christmas. They proceeded to tell us that it would be deposited the same day as the day we ask. Then we call again the next day and they say the same thing…. And the same thing. Everyday for two weeks straight we talked to them on the phone over the check and they kept on lying. They even made appointments to sign paperwork so she could get the check finally and they then proceeded to call us and ask for another hour to get things ready. They did this for our “appointment” at 9 am, then called and said 11:15, then 12:30, then 12:45, then 1:30 and guess what! They closed at 1:30 in the afternoon even though we had an appointment for the same time. They lied through their teeth everyday and made us sit in our car for 3 hours just so they would be closed and dodge our calls. We needed it all these things and now we have an ever growing late charge on all of the bills that we needed to pay weeks ago. All in all, THANK YOU US BANK!!!!

My business banks here as do many businesses in murray. However in speaking with some of us banks business customers about how horrible service is at this bank we are all considering taking our banking else where. The service is beyond slow, my company doesn't want to pay people for standing in line at the bank for the better part of an hour. Change orders being short, not getting deposit receipts in orderly fashion. This is a small list, however these small problems are huge in business. Please find a manager to lead this branch and actually get customers help. An apology won't keep our business or other companies business.

Murray location is rude and what's the point of having a bank account if you can't cash checks

Transferred 2 Ira’s to another financial institution and was charged $60 in Admin fees. Calls had been made to find out if there would be charges or penalties and were told none. When called and asked about these fees when they were disclosed after the fact on the transfer I was told that if I had come and picked up the check instead of it being mailed to financial institution there would have been no charge. I was informed they could do nothing about these charges when I told her I would close my other account. Poor customer service and communication. I remember why I discontinued banking here previously. Very disappointed. I will no longer do business with this financial institution.

If your going to deny me a loan that's ok tell me upfront...don't tell me that I need a cosigner then deny me because they don't hold an account with you. My cosigner opened an account with you at your request and then you denied me again stating "the cosigner had to have an account with you for at least six months first" what a waste of time. The tellers are friendly and helpful but the loan officers are like Hellen Keller. Got my loan elsewhere at less than half the interest rate and none of the issues. I am also switching banks. decided to give them a second chance....less then a month and i was dissapointed again....9 days to deposit a cashiers check from wells fargo...the third largest bank in the USA...they acted like they had never seen a cashiers check before.
