Dr. Eastwood and his staff are amazing! They went above and beyond for our Basset Hound, Willie. We live over an hour away from their office, but they are definitely worth the drive. Willie was seen as an emergency patient and ended up needing surgery. However, I think we've found our new vet, even for routine visits!

Fantastic place! Everyone has been very professional, caring and pleasant, every time. Our little guy Pork Chop always likes to come in for his nail trim “spa day”.

They've always been fair dealing with me. They have always treated my dogs well over the years and I appreciate that!

We have been going to westside since we got our baby boy Langston in 2020. We were gifted to be given Dr. Jackson as our vet. She has stuck by our side through the thick and then. When we got our baby Leighah in 2022 (Langstons 1/2 sister) she welcomed her with open arms! I love this place and I love Dr. Jackson! Thank you so so so much

I love this vet office. My little shihtzu is not a healthy boy. He has issues with bladder crystals, uti’s, skin allergies/infections, back and neck issues and a very sensitive stomach.

Because of all of this his treatment and diet plan are very complicated, time consuming and expensive. It has been hell trying to get him to be comfortable. We are still in the middle of finding a treatment plan that is 100 percent but I have to thank Dr. Leslie Jackson from the bottom of my heart. She has helped me so much. Every time I take my dog in I feel a little more hopeful because of Dr Jackson. She listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. She is what every vet should strive to be and I’m so grateful for her. I know that not all of my dogs issues can be completely fixed but because of Dr. Jackson I know he is getting the best care that he can. Thank you thank you thank you to Dr. Jackson and her staff. We love you!

Dr. Elkins, Dr. Thomas, and the entire Westside staff were incredibly caring and informative throughout the process of our dogs surgery. We were originally referred to Nashville for this surgery but we were relieved to find out there is such a great clinic right in our backyard. Great people and a great clinic to trust with providing your pet with top notch care.

I am so pleased with Dr. Thomas and the staff!!! They are always patient and understanding! They answer questions and explain things which is wonderful! You definitely don't feel like a number there!!! Highly recommend and trust them with my fur baby!!!

Great with my dogs and cats. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Took my special needs cat there. She lived well past her original expectancy and I credit them.

Excellent care, as always. My little Chihuahua, Chilito, nips me when I cut his nails. Dr. Jackson is amazing with him & my 4 other dogs. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable & patient.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Thomas and Dr. Jackson. They are knowledgeable and professional. You can tell they care deeply for the animals they treat. The front office staff are exceptional.

Dr. Jackson has been wonderful to research, explain and find solutions for both our cats’ very complicated issues. She is patient, professional and compassionate. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I had my Silver Lab Bonz there today. Everyone from Angela to Dr Sally are so helpful! I so appreciate each and every one there. I recently had major back surgery and iam almost deaf. They so take care of Bonz like they were his owner. And help me getting him in my car! Thanks again and have a awesome Thanksgiving !

Very friendly and caring staff they got my pets in and seen as soon as I called if there was one thing I could say they might be on the high side but within reason but the way they care for my pets and comfort my family when the sad side of pet ownership comes knocking is money well spent

My daughter's Red Long Haired female Doshand and other daughter's Jack Russel had 6 puppies 5 male 1 female.

Our dog is alive because of Westside Vet! They took care of him in an emergency situation, and we are so grateful to all the staff there! 10/10 would recommend!!

I've gone to every vet in town at one time or the other, when I volunteered with the Humane Society. They all are good. Westside is closest to my house so I tend to go their more often now. The service is good and the doctors are also. The best thing about Westside for me is that when my precious dogs are at end of life, the vet has come to my house or met us at the office to make the passing more convenient. As I get older, that is very helpful.

Always great service. Fast and efficient. Super nice people working there. Price point is within reasonable. Have 2 dogs and they're not afraid of going to the vet.

Love Dr. Jackson! She is an awesome Vet who makes her four legged client as well as their owners feel very comfortable, getting down and working with pet on a minimum of stress all while performing all needed attention while putting pet at ease. Helpful, great suggestions and took time to answer all our concerns. Went over test results carefully etc. Made sure we left with everything addressed. Our soon to be 12 year old has the best care we can ask
