I am so pleased with the care and treatment I have received from Dr. Jarvis and his staff. The staff have always been so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Jarvis is very knowledgeable and caring, taking the time to communicate and fully explain treatments and options. I have never felt rushed during my exams and consultations. Dr. Jarvis diagnosed a rare eye disease that another eye doctor I visited in California had not even heard of. I highly recommend Jarvis Vision Center to anyone seeking eye care. Cindy Williams

I had a wonderful experience my first time at Jarvis! I was able to schedule my appointment and complete my paperwork online which was a huge timesaver for me. The staff was top notch. My doctor (Mary Jo Moore) was so kind, great at explaining what was going on with my eyes, and was able to answer all my questions. Picking out new frames was a breeze. If you’re looking for a new provider, this is the place to go!

He’s the best in Murray by far! He cares for his patients and goes above and beyond to help his patients no matter the time because he will stay and do whatever it takes to help his patient. I will never go anywhere else because he knows what he’s doing and there is no one that can even come close to being as good as he is. I feel better cause he’s got me to where I can see better and also helping me medically. I’ve been to others in Murray and Jarvis is the only place that knows what there doing and cares for you like your family. Williams has also helped me with samples and coupons for the medicine I need to save me 400, like I said, they care more about your health then trying to get money out of you. If your not coming. here then your wasting your time and money.

Let me say, the staff at Jarvis Vision Center in Murray, KY were more than accommodating, they were professional and courteous and very prompt. The optometrist explained the reasons for my need for glasses and gave me every feasible option that applied to my condition to give me more productive vision with care. I can't believe I've waited until now to take my vision needs to them.

So thankful they were able to get me in a few hours after my glasses broke. I couldn’t see a thing with out my glass and thank god they got me in and got me contacts to see! And they were so nice and sweat and made me feel so comfortable..

This is the best eye place that I have ever been. Very Very nice people. I only waited 3 minutes in the waiting room. I filled out my paperwork on line and didn't have to do it again which is never the case in my experience. I need a specialist and they got me an appointment for the next day. Great eye place!!

Jarvis vision center is absolutely the best I have ever been to. Love Dr Moore. She is the best. Explains everything about your eyes and so friendly as all of the girls up front and dr Moores assistant is also. You will not find better eye care. Check them out for your next eye exam.

I woke up with a red eye on Saturday. I called the office and left a message on Sunday. I received a call from them at 9:00 am (an hr before they opened) and was scheduled for 11:00am that day. I was seen and out of the office by 11:15 am and all my fears that I had read online gone. My family loves Jarvis Vision Center and Dr. Williams. I can’t forget the wonderful staff that are always the best!!!

We've lived in 3 different states and on our journey's we've searched for really decent eye doctors for about 10yrs with absolutely no success. My husband and I both felt really good about our experience at Jarvis.
EVERYONE we came across took time to listen and explain. We usually get short answers if any, but every staff member at Jarvis was so warm and inviting and really showed they care about every aspect of our exams, even dealing with picking out our frames. Not one staff member left our side because of the struggles I have with making choices with frames.
We can't be any happier, THIS IS OUR NEW EYE PEEPS!!!

Great facility and staff. I saw Dr Williams for my exam and he was informative and helpful. I believe Sierra is the woman who helped with finding/ordering glasses- she was a superstar.

Dr. Williams is amazing with our girls. They look forward to their eye appointments & love that he talks to them and makes the visit relaxing for them.

Dr. Jarvis and his staff are excellent!! Very courteous and helpful. I had a problem with my eye and they got me in that day. Every time my husband or I go they all are so nice. The doctors are very knowledgeable and we trust them with our eye care. Highly recommend!
