Very friendly staff, well organized with the whole process. Quick but thorough visit!! I’m so glad I found Jarvis!

I had an excellent time here. I thought I was imagining my issues. I had had good vision my whole life, but Doctor Jarvis discovered my vision is at 20/30 - 20/40 and was able to help me understand what is going on and order the glasses I needed.

The entire staff is very attentive and helpful. I had no issues with wait times and the place was very clean. They were completely upfront about the cost of services and even scheduled my exam for next year. I now will be wearing glasses.

If you have any concerns, get your eyes thoroughly examined. You could have issues, like I did, but the good news is you’re in good hands. I will be back in two weeks to pick up my glasses and will have tons of questions by then.

Updated: I would like to personally thank Shelby, the contacts specialist, for her expertise in helping me get a great fitting set of contacts. She took over in the middle of my fitting experiment, which had not been going well, and was able to quickly adjust to select a product that worked for me. She is fantastic and a great asset to the team there! Also, Hailey, in the eyeglass center was exceptional in helping me through a couple of topics. Thank you!

I was extremely impressed with my experience at Jarvis Vision Center. Everyone was friendly and professional. The eye exam was thorough and Dr. Jarvis explained all of the test results clearly and showed concern for my eye health and wanted to be sure my vision was as good as it could be. I felt all of the staff worked hard to insure that I had a good experience.

The staff is always pleasant and patient! The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind! I wish all my healthcare experiences were as great as my visits to Jarvis Vision Center. And it has been this way each and every time I have been to their office. I have highly recommended them and will continue to do to so. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Amazing services performed by friendly staff. I had no idea what to expect walking in, and left feeling like I'd been a patient there since as long as I could remember. The nurses were kind and willing to go above and beyond for even the simplest things, and Dr. Jarvis explained his exam and findings in a way anyone could easily understand. I don't think I've ever wanted to recommend a business as much as I have this one.

I was incredibly impressed with our entire experience! From the front desk staff all the way through to choosing glasses the staff was excellent! Dr. Jarvis even offered solutions to a condition that I was unaware there were even options for! The facility is beautiful and state of the art and I will certainly be continuing our eye care here!

I was very impressed with the facility when I first walked in. The receptionist was very friendly and professional and welcoming. The tech that did my exam was very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Willis was personable and friendly and thoroughly explained all aspects of my exam. I was very pleased with everything during my visit today and would gladly recommend this practice to anyone.

I was well taken care of at the Jarvis Eye Clinic. Everyone was friendly and good to me. Everything that was done was thoroughly explained to me, and I was encouraged to ask questions. Dr. Jarvis was very considerate and thorough while making sure I would end up seeing better with his eye glass prescription.

In the eye glass boutique the young lady who helped me did a superb job. When I told her I would like to reuse the frames I love she took measurements of them and ordered the lenses to fit them so I could keep them while waiting for the new lenses. She also adjusted my glasses so they felt much more comfortable. I was thrilled with my experience there.

Everyone at Jarvis Vision Center was absolutely FABULOUS! They were not only clean with proper safety precautions in place, but also so kind and patient. Alicia walked my daughter through her kindergarten exam and made it fun and exciting. She explained everything to my daughter and to me, as a parent, at each step. Dr. Jarvis took great care with my daughter and with me. He did not rush through any part of either exam. He also explained everything about our eyes and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would 100% recommend Dr. Jarvis and his staff to anyone of any age! Thank you for great experiences!

Fantastic experience.
I am a truck driver who was only in Murray for one day. My glasses broke in two. Unrepairable.
Jarvis got me in same day. Full eye exam and a new pair of glasses.
They also fitted my old lenses into an odd frame they had. And did not charge me!

They knew I would most likely would not be back, yet treated me like a long time customer.

They were able to fit me in after a cancellation. My visit was very efficient and informative. I came in with frames I wanted to reuse and didn’t feel pressured to buy additional frames. They worked with me to find the most affordable solution to go with my insurance. They’ve also always had the best selection of frames. I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten the best service and choice available.

We just moved here from California about a month ago so we had to find a new eye doctor. I was very pleased with how easy it was to get our family in for the exam. The staff were super kind and they are very welcoming. Everyone was very helpful and kind. I will absolutely keep coming back.

I absolutely LOVE Dr.Jarvis! He is so sweet. So friendly and personable. The staff are super! Just as friendly and easy to talk to. It's like talking to your next door neighbor when you're talking to them. I highly recommend this doctor if you're looking.

I've also never met an unfriendly staff member during a visit. The sales people for the lenses and frames are not pushy and make me feel comfortable. They really try to get the best deal for you, too, depending on your budget and preferences.

One of my best experiences in a Doctor’s office. Service was incredible from all staff. My 3 year old loved Dr Jesse and the treasure chest. I cannot recommend them enough.Thank you for making this so fun for a toddler and his nervous mother!
