This store is very inviting and very organized not to mention very clean. They also hire great people. One lady stands out there. She is friendly and very helpful. You can tell that she really and truly cares about her customers. She goes up and beyond for them. CVS hired a gem for sure. Great job Dasia S. Great job CVS for finding her. Keep up the awesome work Dasia, you are definitely going to go far in your life. God bless.

The wait wasn’t as long after creating a profile for them and they helped me out a little with my pain meds... but people who have easy jobs need to be more thankful for that because most of us get really hard jobs

Helped me get my foreign passport photo done (size and all are different). I went to two other stores first but was told they didn't have that frame and couldn't do it. The young lady (Rachel) at CVS was very patient and helped me figure things out, and even tried to help me save money! I'm very grateful.

Pharmacist took the time to listen to my medication concerns, and made the appropriate changes. Great personal help!!

Been in decline for a while used to be 24 hours both pharmacy and store but now the hours are cut way back. If the cut the hours much more they might as well merge with the bank accross the street.

Normally I love my local cvs. But the last 2 visits I've encountered a rude, condescending employee. I normally shop on Saturdays, it's the only day I have available without grandkids. I bought toothpaste and when I didn't receive the $5 credit that was advertised, I was informed by the young man that they put the new ads out on Saturdays, rather than Sundays when they apparently start. And I should not expect to get the deal that is advertised on the shelf as it doesn't start for another day. And this visit he will kindly honor it but not to expect it again. He was a rude, cocky, young man. Don't put the ad stickers on the shelf a day early and expect the customers not to assume that's the correct sale. And for a 20 something kid who knows no respect for his elderlys, and obviously lacks any customer service skills to talk to me like I'm a child in trouble is absolutely wrong in every way. CVS of Murray, the young male employee that works up front needs a revamp of what good customer service is. And if he ever speaks to me the way he did last Saturday I will not politely walk away. My 6 year old granddaughter was with me that day, because of that I keep my mouth shut but it won't happen again. Shame on you !!!

If someone is in drive-thru and their medicine isn't ready, have them come back around. For the rest of us, waiting in line for 20+ minutes for meds that are already ready is ridiculous.
