I loved my experience here and I’m definitely going back. The aesthetic is so cute inside and the people there are so kind and very good at what they do. Shout outs to Rachel, Danny and Tracy. The did mine nails and my friends nails and there so cute!

This was my second time visiting XO. The workers are so friendly and very talented. Both times I have gone in and gotten exactly what I asked for. They work diligently and do a quality job! Will be back and would recommend.

I had a bad experience at another nail salon and was looking for a new option. XO Nails was wonderful! Clean, professional and exceptional work. My nails look great. I will be back!

Love getting my nails done here!!!!! You have to make an appointment though. And they are expensive but you get what you want. And they know how to do nail designs.!!! Very clean place!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about XO Nails! They take excellent care of their customers and are extremely helpful and friendly. Jackie is my favorite and always has my nails looking perfect! There salon is very spacious and very clean and tightly. I highly recommend visiting this location. I will miss them dearly when I leave for college!

I told them I was in a rush and needed a pedicure in under 30 minutes. They also did a finger nail repair from another nail shop. Even though I requested a faster pedicure the nail technician was very thorough and efficient with the service I 100% will be back

Wow! I am blown away by the amazing services at XO Nails. I brought a picture of a design I wanted (green French tips with one thats a little froggie and some flowers). The attention to detail is amazing, and for what I thought was a very specific & probably complicated design, my artist did a fantastic job & got me in and out just around an hour of time. The space is beautiful and clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience here and will continue to go back. Highly recommend!

Tommy was great! I was worried trying a new nail salon but I am glad I did!! Everyone was so nice and very helpful! Definitely recommend!

XO Nails was able to get me in at the time I needed. They were flexible. Kevin did my nails and did a marvelous job! I will definitely be coming back.

I have lived out in Ballwin for over a year now was tired of driving to the city to get service. Stopped here with No appointment and they took me and my two daughters without a problem. The service was very very good and they now have a loyal customer.

Love this place was wonderful with all three kids I brought in they fixed my nails from a prior parlor was very kind and gentle on my nails did an amazing job on my nails if I could have hugged the man who did my nails I would have I will definitely be back found my new nail salon for sure thank you to all the workers for your kindness

This the best nail shop in West County. I have been to so many nails shops, all up and down Olive and even some on Manchester. When I found XO Nails Bar I was so excited! The decor in the shop is beautiful! And it DOESNT have that chemical smell like some other shops have. I have been coming here for a year now and will never go to another nail shop!!

This is a family run business and each of their employees are so sweet and amazing at their job. If I have a design I want they match it perfect. They understand my weird request of having "medium short" nails, or wanting a coffin nail that it's to coffin like. They never give me any attitude about the shape of length of my nails.

Each and every one of the nail techs are amazing! You can't go wrong with any nail tech! The best part is, when you schedule your appointment you actually get in at your scheduled time! If they are running a couple minutes behind they let you know, and don't just leave you sitting there.

My nails make me feel pretty. If I have amazing looking nails, I feel amazing. And thanks to XO I always leave feeling amazing.

Had a little bit of a wait but I didn't make an appointment so expected that to happen. Regardless, they got me in quickly despite the crowd. I love the way my gel nails turned out and it didn't take very long either! The inside is gorgeous and very welcoming. I plan on going here from now on for my gel manicures, but will make an appointment online before coming in :)

I normally don’t write reviews but this place is AWESOME. I asked for a pretty complicated design and they did it effortlessly with no hesitation. it was such a long process for all the designs but it turned out even better than I expected! i’m totally gonna recommend this place to all my friends!

The experience felt very worth it! On the outside it looks like just another nail salon but the inside is absolutely stunning!

My daughter and I were walk-ins and it was busy, but we waited maybe 5 minutes and were able to get a pedicure and manicure. John did a wonderful job and made my first nailset experience wonderful. They listened to all I wanted and didn't try to upsell me. Prices were competitive and reasonable.
It was a Great experience, I will definitely be returning.

In love with this place!! They were really efficient and diligent and the end product was worth it. It was definitely pricier but that’s expected with a design like this. The inside was also so cute and the workers are friendly and sweet

They did a fabulous job. I’m getting married Saturday and got my nails done yesterday that looked TERRIBLE! Came here and they completely fixed them and did amazing. Highly recommend.
