Amazing service. The steering in my car was a little off. I went to both the Gravois Tire shops I asked them if someone could just take a few minutes to drive my car just to see if it’s safe. They both told me they couldn’t help me. I’ve had my car serviced with them for years. I went to Telle Tire, cause it was close & I’ve bought tires there before. I told the gentleman at the desk my story. He immediately took my keys, examined my car , then took me in the garage to show me the problem. My rear tires were shot & very dangerous to drive on. He only had one tire to fit my car, so he called around & practically begged someone to deliver another tire. They did. My car was repaired & my mind was relieved. The receptionist was also extremely friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

Driver side rear blowout; they got me in, first thing in morning; were able to run out & get the tires I needed; I was able to get to my office by Noon. They were courteous, pleasant, very energetic; clean/comfy waiting area away from fumes; even offered me extra courtesy perks. I'll go back.

I needed a tire repaired in hurry, I went to Telle tires in Affton and they took me right in. The staff was super helpful and friendly. A Very qualified tech had me in and out and back on the road in no time. I will definitely go back for all my future tire needs.

This was my first visit & Allen was very nice. He worked quickly to get my tire checked & patched, he even put air in my other tires as well. The place was clean & the workers were very professional. I highly recommend this location.

Believe me when I say I was not expecting to buy a new tire. I feel like mechanics see women as an opportunity to make money. Alan is not that guy, at less he didn't appear to be. He came out and open the door at 7:24 and he made sure that I knew the reason why I needed a new tire. I'm telling you I felt comfortable knowing that this man had my safety in mind. This place is fantastic. They were close to closing came in with flat tire spare was on. Checked out my tire was not fixable didn’t have my size in stock but Allen drove to another location and picked up a tire. Came back and put in my tire. Great prices and. great people. Caydie and Brittny were fantastic keeping me company while waiting for tire to get back. Caydie took my spare off while waiting for tire. They are fantastic here.

Ran over a huge nail the other night. Stopped by Telle on the way to work the next day, expecting to be out a few hundred dollars for new wheels. To my surprise, they were able to patch the tire. Forty bucks and less than one hour later, I was able to get to work on time. Great service, and even better customer service.

The service I received at Telle Tire in Affton was absolutely fantastic! I dropped in not having made any appointment and knowing nothing about what tires I needed for my car and was instantly impressed with Brittny's patience, knowledge, and good humor. She helped me pick the ideal tire for the coming winter and had them ordered for the next afternoon. They called me ahead of schedule the next day and I was able to get in earlier than planned. Alen did a lightning fast install and I was back on the road in no time. I will definitely be making them my go to tire shop and recommend them to anyone looking for quick, friendly, and quality service.

The folks are absolutely awesome. They're super friendly and quick to get the work done. I got a full set of tires for my F-250 at cost because of their Black Friday sales event. They also replaced my valve stems free of charge because they noticed they were worn out. My truck can be tricky to get started, and they were totally understanding when I had to be the one to start it to get it in and out of the shop. I can't suggest Telle Tire in Affton highly enough. Shout out to Brittny and Alen for all their hard work and help! This is definitely my new go to place for tires!

I’ve been very impressed by the service I’ve received from Telle. I got a good set of tires at a fair price last year, that came with a warranty. I came in today with a leak and it was fixed (at no additional cost) within two hours. I definitely would recommend them!

This was my first experience with Telle and they did not disappoint! Brittany was awesome, friendly, efficient, and kind. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely be back!

I’m from out of town. I woke up to a flat tire. I googled near by tire places and Telle Tire had 4.7 or 4.9 stars. I called that morning, they said they were able to and happy to help! They fit me in that day!!

My tread was so low on all my tires, they suggested, to keep me safest, I get all new tires. And assured me that they could get them in stock that day, which was awesome!

They have a warehouse in town that stocked what I needed. I even got them cheaper than I have at my normal place back home.

The tires were to the store in 2-3 hours. And I got a call around 2pm that my car was all finished up!

The service desk advisors had great communication, made me a promise and delivered, offered me a ride back to where I was staying, were kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. It was such an easy, pleasant, quick experience. They were able to get me back home safely :)

Drove my car onto the lot with a flat tire. It was the middle of the day and I didn't have an appointment. They didn't have my tire in stock but told me if I could leave my car there for a couple of hours they could get one. They got it taken care of and I got my car back the same day. They went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a bind.

This is a professional, courteous, & very helpful. The mechanic was knowledgeable & took the time to explain things to me on the phone. I'm very grateful there is a mechanic I can trust in STL!!! THANK U TELLE TIRE ❤

Amazing people. They had a tire done in 10 minutes including inspection. Very friendly!

Update 2/14/24. Still one of the best places. The couple that run it always go above and beyond as do the employees. They’re quick and reasonably priced on things. A definite winner!

Very great service. Got me in and out in about 30 minutes for oil change. Also I got there twenty minutes early but they were ready. Very professional

My husband was on his way to work this morning for and extremely important meeting when his car blew a transmission line and his SUV wouldn’t shift anymore. He pulled into the parking lot and spoke to Alen. Alen told him that the technician was completely booked for the day but took my husband’s keys and said he will look at it at some point today. 3 or 4 hours later he spoke to my husband and gave him an estimate and said it would be done today no problem. An hour later my husband picked up his key and was able to drive home. Alen recognized that this wasn’t just some random person trying to get to the front of the line but that this was truly an emergency and handled it very well. Thank you!!

Had a flat on my way to work, called the store as soon as they opened. Spoke with Britney who assured me they could get me in upon arrival. The assessed the issue and after hearing all the options decided to replace all of my tires. They were all very professional, courteous and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience.
