I was staying nearby and got the chance to walk over to Colleen's for breakfast before starting my day at work. I was warmly greeted despite all the snow on the ground at the time. It didn't take long to receive my order of a chocolate croissant and Americano with vanilla and half and half. The Americano was good but I've had better. The chocolate croissant was very flaky and delicious but I really wish I would of asked if they could heat it up a bit. That would of been the chef's kiss!

Incredible home made food, house made syrups for coffee, and desserts! The space is cozy, but there is always a table when you need it!

They have quick, friendly counter service, Self serve water and a relaxed atmosphere. The biscuits and gravy are phenomenal and the macarons are perfect!

SUPER CUTE! Get a pastry or cookie with your coffee. The cappuccino was smooth and the mango scone with raspberry icing was a high quality scone. Will be back!

I love Colleen’s!! Charming coffee shop, excellent mocha, lots of seating, a few outdoor tables, and the custom sugar cookies are the best!!

Colleens did not disappoint! Lovely little cafe/breakfast place with great food and even better treats! The cookies were soft and fresh! I devoured the s’mores and had to go back for another before my food was even ready! It was so chewy with a big marshmallow that lasted throughout- perfect mixof smores and chocolate chip cookie flavor! Then there was the food! I ordered breakfast to go which I NEVER do b/c… cold eggs but my food was amazing even after the trip back home. I had the southwest omelet. Everything was packaged well and even with travel (about 10 mins) when I opened it still hot and ready to eat. Potatoes and peppers were so flavorful and the eggs were perfect! Definitely will visit again and highly recommend for a nice breakfast/brunch.

10/10 breakfast, 10/10 cookies & the macrons go to 11! As far as brunch experiences go, this was in my top 5 for STL. They tic all the boxes, bottomless coffee, heavy and light options, pastries that vary in style and flavor, open seating and great staff to take care of you.

I tried the southwest skillet, and it’s a pretty hearty meal. The flavor from the egg yolks and chorizo that blends with the roasted potatoes to create a really enjoyable dish.

The macrons are also a fantastic choice if you still have room after trying a cookie. Their flavors are on point, and the texture was perfection.

Parking can be tough on weekends, so don’t give up if it’s hard to find a spot quickly. It’s worth the wait.

This was my 1st time here & it was my birthday so it was such a pleasant atmosphere and the young lady at the counter that took our order was extremely professional and accurate with or order. I love tea but the coconut tea that I had with the lavender honey syrup add-on was AMAZING! My sister had the Latte w/the Lavender honey syrup as well. I ordered the Avocado with 2 scrambled eggs and my sister had the turkey but with Buffalo cauliflower. All AMAZINGLY done! We bother we're very impressed and we will definitely make this our regular Sunday morning go to.
Be aware that this place gets busy so 1st come 1st serve on seating. There's an outside patio with seating, inside and bar seating.

A new favorite breakfast place for me. In love with the skillet dishes. Food is fresh and flavorful. The environment is very much a busy (cute) cafe but there are plenty of seats and the tables are comfortably placed. Bakery items are nice as well... lots of cookie varieties and macarons!

I ordered custom cookies for baby announcement party.
They offered multiple design options and colors to choose from.
The turnaround time for the order was five days which was perfect.
The cookies ended up being beautiful and very delicious. Everyone loved them.

Love this place. I've had all their cookies previously to try them and they were great. I finally tried their food as takeout and got a turkey avocado blt with the side of Buffalo cauliflower bites and two macaroons. Everything was very tasty and the staff are always very friendly. Highly recommend the place and can't wait to keep going back and trying more of their menu and sweets.

Excellent vegetable quiche and birria beef sandwich! Also don’t miss the chocolate gluten free cookie. It is amazing!

The food is not perfect, but server we had was great, super nice and sweet. This five star is for her. The house blend is super bitter, I put 2 bag of sugar it still bitter. Last time I got cappuccino, that is super good! Mimosa is good especially drink with Sweet Potato Hash, the sour of Mimosa can off set the sweetness.

A great little spot for brunch. The neighborhood and atmosphere was great, aided by a staff with genuine smiles. My wife had an iced chai and it was so flavorful and my cafe au lait was well balanced. The food came out hot and delicious, with everything cooked perfectly. I had the southwestern skillet and my wife enjoyed the breakfast fried rice.
The display cases were filled with delicious looking pastries, so we ordered a blueberry roll to go and it was delectable. We got cookies for our girls and they declared them too cute and pretty to eat. Once they finally took a bite, they couldn’t stop, haha!

One of the best biscuits and gravy in the St. Louis region. Sandwiched between the outskirts of Clayton and Wash U. A variety of biscuits are also available in awesome flavors (they incorporate teas and fruits into the biscuits). They have a bottomless coffee option and serve alcohol as well. Definitely a must try brunch spot.

Food us great and the staff is super friendly!!! I went as soon as they open so I was able to get in and out really quick. This has definitely became my Saturday morning go to breakfast spot. If they served some mimosas in the morning that would definitely be clutch but yeah a strong recommended place to go to

I was so delighted by the food and coffee at Colleen's. I enjoyed their biscuit sandwich and a cup of coffee today. Through my experience, I can tell that they intentionally select quality ingredients to make the most delicious dishes.

I have been to Colleen's as both a dine in and take out customer, as well as for both lunch and breakfast. (The review system only lets you select one.) I love how fresh everything is! As a breakfast fan, I appreciate that you can get breakfast items during all of their open hours. Today I got the breakfast burrito to go, and it was just perfect. The ingredients were perfectly proportioned and all the cheese was melted. Their cold brew is awesome, and since I work right down the block, I love to stop in and grab a cookie sometimes. Fantastic place.

I ordered Lord of the Rings designed cookies for my nieces baby shower from Colleen's, and they were absolutely amazing. They were so adorable no one wanted to eat them at first, haha! If I ever need custom cookies made again we will definitely be ordering from here! Thank you so much for making my nieces baby shower so special.

Such a fantastic breakfast place! It has a charming neighborhood vibe with exceptional breakfast options, pastries and coffee. Our kids love the biscuits and jam. The Southwest Skillet and bottomless coffee is my personal favorite. If you go, park on the street for easier exit on to Forsyth.
