I have gone to Nutriformance for over two years and can confidently say that it is one of the best gyms in St. Louis. It has all the equipment you could ask for in a clean and well designed space. It also has locker rooms complete with anything you would need. Let's be honest though, most gyms will have what you would need for whatever your fitness goals are, so why pick Nutriformance? The answer to that is simple. Unlike larger, national gyms, Nutriformace has a welcoming and encouraging community of both patrons and staff members that lead to a stellar experience. This is what makes the gym particularly unique. Not a day goes by where I am not discussing the latest book or movie I watched with a fellow gym goer or am joking with a trainer and the gym's owners (who, along with the trainers, have a wealth of great fitness advice). Whatever your goals are, Nutriformance provides all the resources as well as a great community of people united together by their love of fitness. That, in my opinion, is what makes Nutriformance so great.

Nutriformance is doing a great job of following all CDC guidelines and I feel completely safe when at the facility. All members of the Nutriformance team are very knowledgeable and professional. When I enter the gym, my temperature is taken, questions are asked about any possible symptoms or exposure. The number allowed in the gym is limited, hand sanitizer readily available and the facility is regularly cleaned and maintained.
Take advantage of a great massage team as well. Very professional & knowledgeable staff who will help maintain your well being.

Nutriformance provides a safe, clean environment for my fitness routine. They strictly follow guidelines to ensure social distancing and stay in accordance with mask policies. I have felt completely comfortable getting back into classes and using massage services. The small classes and professional staff make it easy to feel confident about getting back to the gym.

No question about it: Nutriformance is the very best gym - high quality and experienced trainers who genuinely care about their clients. I've tried a million virtual classes during this pandemic, but I keep coming back to Nutriformance because the instructors truly are the best in their field; they keep the classes fun, challenging and engaging. Time flies!

I was so ready to get back to the gym, but I had to feel safe. NutriFormance has gone above and beyond in making sure they have a clean and safe workout space. All employees wear masks, temperatures are taken of everyone entering and masks are required to enter and exit. Classes end a bit early to clean all the equipment by the users and then a cleaning is followed up by the staff. Classes are small and often they are accompanied by a virtual workout for those staying home. It’s fun to have everyone together both home and in the gym! Additionally, NutriFormance took on additional space upstairs which is a lovely large workout room with tons for lighting.
While the gym was closed, I enjoyed an array of virtual workouts that kept me in shape. For anyone staying home, I strongly encourage you to utilize the virtual classes. Lastly, I very much appreciated the timely communications and updates throughout the closing and reopening.
When I say Nutriformance went above and beyond I mean it!

Pre-COVID, Nutriformance was a very clean gym. It's even cleaner now with their additional cleaning practices! They also screen every client upon entering the gym. I feel very safe getting massages and private Pilates lessons there. Dale and his staff have done a great job moving equipment to observe social distancing. The virtual Pilates sessions I've done with Diane have been great, but it's good to use the equipment again!

I have been a member at Nutriformance for 20 plus years. They have always done a great job creating an atmosphere that people enjoy working out in. They keep up with current fitness trends and add new and innovative classes all the time.
During the COVID-19 pandemic they have made me feel very safe going into the gym with their strict adherence to health guidelines. I am grateful that they could open back up and look forward to at least another 20 years!

We love Nutriformance! During Covid we are meeting our trainer at an outdoor location. Riley is amazing! He is very understanding about our health and Covid exposure concerns. He makes sure to wear an athletic mask and clean the equipment before we train. Riley has made this transition seamless and has been incredibly understanding. The workouts are great and he pays close attention to workout programming. We couldn't be happier. It has been so helpful to be able to make progress during a unique time.

I have been a personal training client of NF for > 25 years, and that's because NF always has been and will continue to be dedicated to meeting my individual fitness and health needs. If you're looking for a comfortable work-out environment staffed by friendly and helpful professionals, with lots of health and fitness options, this is your facility! Also, all safety protocols recommended for dealing with COVID-19 are being maintained, so I feel very safe when in the gym.

Been back to Nutriformance for a couple of weeks now and have been impressed the changes around the gym and the upbeat feel I get from the entire staff. Also feel comfortable with the safeguards Dale and Ellie have introduced to prevent the spread of COVID. Muscles are a little sore, but it feels ten times better than I have in months!

As a Nutriformance client, I applaud the personal and professional concern relating to the health and well being of the members and all employees during the current flu epidemic. Before entering the facility, my temperature is taken, I am asked questions relating to the flu symptoms and hand sanitizer is available at all times. Nutriformance employees wear face masks at all times, and members are encouraged to wear masks. Because social distancing limits the number of members allowed into the facility at one time, they have done an outstanding job of providing on-line services and information. This is an outstanding company!

I am seeing an excellent personal trainer twice a week. I feel quite safe as the trainers (and I) wear masks, there are a limited number of people in the gym, and adjacent pieces of equipment are not used. Everything is disinfected after each use. I am never near another person using the gym.

I am so happy I know this place is here now! I booked a massage with Alexis, I had been in need of one desperately from working at home in the wrong chair for the past few months. She was so kind and intuitive and really knew the exact areas to address. I feel like a new person now, one of the best massages I have ever had! I didn't know they offer pilates here as well and the studio is gorgeous. The atmosphere was great and very clean. I will definitely be back soon!

Nutriformance has continued it's top-notch service during this pandemic. It's such a clean and safe environment. I go weekly for physical therapy, with DPT Jaclyn Stoerzbach. I had chronic hip pain, which she has solved and has helped me achieve a more balanced body. I love her dry-needling offerings and the fact that she can walk me through exercises in Nutriformance's huge and beautiful gym.

Every member of the NutriFormance staff is highly trained, friendly, professional and committed to helping you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. Whether you are just starting out or "almost there", the NutriFormance team will develop the program that gets you there!

I have been a member of Nutriformance for 9 years. It is a small gym with amazing trainers. Much better than larger gyms where you feel more like a number.

NutriFormance has done an excellent job of providing virtual workouts during this unusual time. The staff has been very responsive to the CDC recommendations and continues to provide high quality services to customers.

I love the virtual classes as I am not able to come in to the club until our office opens back up which could be months so I am very grateful that NF is offering online classes. The classes are great and I don't feel like I am missing out on anything. Love my instructors!

NutriFormance has really stepped up to the plate in these difficult times. The facility is impeccably clean, the trainers continually adjust to the changing situation, and everyone comes in with a fabulous attitude. I’m so glad to be back in action with them!
