Me and my husband come in here almost every week. Darrell always takes good care of us and plays and talks with my son why we’re checking out lol. He makes sure we get everything we need and get our rewards. He has no problem going back and forth to the back for us to try on our shoes. The great costumer service plays a big part in the reason we always come back and spend our money with them!

Chase is amazing! Chase has the best shoes! Chase helped me find the perfect set of shoes for my outfit!! Along with this, his shoes are reasonably priced. A smart businessman!! I recommend anybody to stop by!!

I had such a great experience shopping at Sanctioned! Was on a mission to find my dream shoe to complete an outfit I had been envisioning for an event and the selection at Sanctioned did not disappoint. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to put up with me and assist me until I found the perfect shoe.

My son is a budding sneakerhead and we visited Sanctioned to try on a couple different brands he was eyeing to make sure of fit and sizing. Chase even brought in a pair of shoes from the St. Charles store for my son to try on. He went above and beyond and was so kind to my kid who was spending his birthday money there. He really made it a great experience for him. We ended up going back and buying the other pair he liked for a Christmas gift. We could've bought cheaper online but i appreciated the excellent customer service and want to support local.

Chase, who helped us look at shoes for my kiddo, was so kind and patient and gave us great advice on selecting the right sneaker. Highly recommended!

Really a unique shoe store. New and like new shoes. The hardest to find Nike shoes. Really neat display of Lebrons. The shoes look shiny in the pictures because they shrink wrap the displays to keep them clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They sell hard to get sneakers. Especially Jordans. If you have time and money to part with, this is the place. The shoes are sold at least twice retail if not more. I was surprised by the wide offering. This is a highlight. They even had Dunks. If you are into hard to get sneakers, this is your place. I would visit again.

I’m from Chicago so me and my girl went to St. Louis for a weekend, we decided to visit this store, and the guy who was working was so nice and helpful, gave us so many options and told us some interesting things too

My daughter is a sneaker hound, but I know nothing about them, so when I went into Sanctioned I needed help picking the right pair for her Birthday gift.
The staff was friendly and very knowledgable, and she was so happy and shocked that I was able to pick such a "cool pair that are hard to find"
