Iris Nails & Spa Ballwin

I was in the area, and badly needed the nails done. I googled to see which nail salons had the most reviews, with high ratings. It led me to Iris Nails! I’m beyond thrilled with how my nails look, Mandy was incredible, and the shop was very clean as well. I will be back!

I don't typically spend money on a pedicure, but this was well worth it! Joe gave me the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had, and his paint job was flawless.He also did a great job on my dip nails. Iris Nails has earned my business!

Super clean and relaxing place. Olivia, I believe is who did my nails and was super sweet the whole process. Stopped to make sure I liked what she was doing and put in a lot of attention to make sure everything was perfect. Nails turned out really cute and I really enjoyed the whole process. Definitely recommend

This is the BEST nail salon in the area by far! It took me years of living in Ballwin to find a place I love. They do a great job, are clean, professional, friendly, and don’t rush. Better yet, my nails last longer than anywhere else I have tried. Their selection of services and products is also excellent! Finally, they do designs, dip, gel, acrylics, and much more!! I also love that with my crazy schedule you can book online!

I've been getting my nails done here for about a year. They have great prices and they take walk-ins. Ask for Mandy, she does great nails and very tight fills. I can go 3-4 weeks between fills. No lifting! Love this place! Best place in Ballwin or Manchester!

I am so happy I found this salon! Appointments are so easy to book online and the salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing with comfortable massage chairs for pedicures and inviting atmosphere. Joe did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Many color and design options! Mandy is amazing! My first visit she did a beautiful ombre french manicure for me and this visit I am obsessed with my fall nails...absolutely gorgeous!! I highly recommend Iris Nails & Spa!

I have been looking for a local nail tech for a bit after a recent move and by chance booked with Mandy. Great experience! She was friendly and thorough and took her time. I appreciated the attention to detail - I like super simple/classic nails and she delivered. The environment is clean and felt more elevated than some other places. Would recommend and I look forward to going back soon!

I dont think I'll ever go to a different nail salon again. My nails look incredible, and the care and detail Joe put into doing my nails was fantastic

I absolutely love them!!! Mandy convinced me to switch to dip powder over 2 months ago and my nails have been growing beautifully ever since. They are all so nice, clean, professional and affordable. THESE ARE MY REAL NAILS!!!

I hadn't been to a salon for almost 2 years. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Greeted by owner Mandy immediately. Thrown a little by iPad signin(2 years), then taken right away by Cindy for fabulous pedicure. Made very comfortable by screen's and masks and the thoughtful way they book and seat appts to keep clients and staff in safest atmosphere. A little wait for nails but we'll worth it. Mandy introduced me to dip nails. I chose white/natural. It is a great option though I didn't ask cost difference from regular acrylic and got a bit of a surprise at checkout. But even then I consider it well worth a little extra with time and expertise involved. Best first time experience ever!!

Every time I visit, my nails are perfect no matter who I see. Couldn’t recommend Iris Nails enough, Mandy and the whole staff are so lovely!

Absolutely loved my experience here! After a very busy work week, I decided to get a mani-pedi as a special treat and I could not have chosen a better place to do so. Booking online was incredibly easy, and the staff was wonderfully friendly, attentive, and talented. My nail artist was very helpful picking out what design I was going to do, and it turned out beautifully. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Great location and staff is friendly and attentive. I am starting to grow my nails out and they did a wonderful job; I choose dip powder. I enjoyed going to Iris Nails and look forward to going back!

UPDATE: Mandy, the owner, reached out to make the situation right. She redid my nails before her first client on a Saturday. She provided great customer service. She is truly invested in her customers' satisfaction and is willing to go the extra mile. Everyone has off days, but she did what she could to correct it. She is the reason I will be back. It's hard to find customer service like this anymore.

I really want to love Iris - it's close my house, easy to make appointments, and the staff is friendly - but I have now had two bad manicures there :(
My nails and cuticles were a wreck when I went in today and that's all she could talk about. I pointed out a gap in the paint on one nail and she blamed it on my nail. I commented on the unevenness of the paint and she blamed it on my nails. I love this light color but it shows ALL the brush strokes, the areas of uneven application and debris that dried on my nail. It looks like the color has grown out for 1 week. Sad that I will have to keep looking for a good salon in the area.

Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to!

Mandy is INCREDIBLY talented and always accommodating. Every nail that design I’ve showed her, she’s able to replicate even better than the inspiration picture. I’ve been a repeat customer for the last 3 years and CONSTANTLY receive compliments on my nails!! Joe is also fantastic and slays my pedicure every time.
I always look forward to my next visit so I’ll get to relax, chat, and have beautiful nails when I leave!

I came in at 12:15 on a Friday for an appointment I booked and was welcomed by Mandy right away. I’m an introvert and don’t normally chitchat, but Mandy made me feel so at ease that I felt comfortable enough to speak freely- which was really nice. Her work was thorough and she was super attentive to what I wanted the nail design to look like- she even tested it on one nail first just to make sure I liked it before proceeding. Her nail design skills are top notch! Lindsay did my pedi and she allowed me ample time to relax in the massage chair before we started up a nice conversation. Her work was thorough as well and did an excellent job. They were all such nice and warm people with legitimate talent! The salon itself is clean with nice modern decor. I’m so happy I found them! Such a gem tucked away in Ballwin, I’m only going to Iris for my nails from now on <3
