My sons and I had a great experience staying here. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was exceptional. It was early for me when we talked, but if I remember the name correctly - Tara, you rock! Amenities were as advertised. My kids loved the pool and hot tub and the soda fountain in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Location is a prime place in Louisville - no more than 15 min from any POI. We will stay here again when we can.

Pet friendly with a $50 fee. Breakfast is from 6 to 930am. Dinner (they call it happy hour) is from 5:30 to 7pm. Staff are super friendly. It's a great place to stop for a night if you are on a long road trip.

Stayed at this location for two nights as a family of 6. All I can say is this is the best hotel stay I've ever stayed at besides staying at a 5 star hotel in Washington DC. Check in was smooth, staff were friendly. Room was clean, linens were clean, bathroom was clean. Bottom of bathroom door is a little rotted from the humid bathroom and it has a door stop on the bottom but it's useless as the shower curtain is the door stop. Bathroom is claustrophobic for a suite set up to service 4-6 people. Pool is an indoor outdoor pooll. You can swim under the wall to the outside. Pool is a little small but being able to be inside or outside makes up for it. Also has an operating hot tub. Tvs are not smart TVs. It would have been nice to be able to stream my phone or log into a streaming account instead of having basic cable channels but not a big deal. Floors were very quiet even when our kids were running around there was no noise. Never heard a single person walking or running up and down the hallway despite the hotel being booked up pretty good. Breakfast was awesome. Yeah it seemed like powdered eggs but I actually like those, also had biscuits and gravy, potatoes, oatmeal, sausage, all the fixings. All hot and fresh. Manager same out during breakfast to see how everything was. All staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel also does a "dinner" kickback in the evening. When we ate there were BBQ pork sliders, pork n beans, salad, smoky Mac n cheese, hotdogs, nachos and more. If you have someone come visit but not staying they can purchase breakfast or dinner for a fee. Fountain pop and coffee available 24/7. Fresh popcorn during check in is free. Never been to a nicer place with all the perks. Especially for a family of 6 it was well worth being about $50 more expensive than nearby. Hard enough finding a hotel to accommodate us in one room, we will definitely seek our Drury In and Suites next time we are looking for a place to stay.

Everyone I dealt with was great, from the 2 separate managers, to the guy putting out the evening food and serving drinks. They do breakfast and put out some food at dinner. Plenty of food choices in the area and easy access to the highway. First time staying at a Drury, won't be our last.

Marie is dynamite! I have seen two person teams serving fewer people panicking and not keeping food stocked or the place clean. It is impressive to watch her work. She doesn't have wasted motions and it seems like she is just strolling and greeting guests but everything magically gets completed simultaneously. Also hats off to company for equipping the kitchen with right tools to keep correct amount of food cooking. The front desk team is very helpful and pleasant and the rooms are clean. The personal note by cleaning staff is an excellent touch. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars with room is the small angled toilet and enclosed bath/shower space is a bit awkward and small for a broader person like myself but it was still spacious enough to not be unpleasant. The manager made rounds ensuring everyone was enjoying stay - pleasant touch. I tend to stay at higher end hotels and feel like I'm gambling at Drury Inns because if kept up they are really nice but some are allowed to be run down a buit. This location more than met the mark and I will definitely be staying here again!

We stay here every year for Louder Than Life and this year was excellent as usual. We opt for the king suite and it's perfect. Every employee that we came across was polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning could use some variety maybe, especially after staying 5 nights.

We came to town to visit the zoo. Had a great stay at the Drury. Husband loves the free breakfast and supper (of sorts). Rooms were clean and hotel very quiet during the night. I had made a special request due to a health condition and they were very accommodating.

Worked out really well for us. We were doing the Bourbon Trail and the location was great for both Louisville and the distilleries out E of town. Clean rooms. Acceptable breakfast. Free parking ( that was the clincher for us)

Stayed here on a motorcoach trip. The breakfast was great as usual. The night we got in they had the snack and drink time as usual and that was enjoyable as well. We had a man fall while off the grounds and in the morning couldn't walk. They were so helpful to help with the luggage and calling the EMT for us for the man. Rooms were clean and lovely as always with Drury's. Thank you for going above and beyond to help with this gentleman.

Nice room, coffee maker broken, free breakfast and happy hour food. Kentucky makes you pay $1 each for the 3 free happy hour drinks. Employees very friendly and professional. We brought a couple Tupperware containers one for ice, their buckets are small, one for the free popcorn in the lobby. Odd thing... they don't put trash bags in the two cans in the room... 🤔 however really loved our stay and will definitely return.
P.S. the Mega Caverns are a must, drive thru, tram ride or zip line, worth it. The Christmas light display is out of this world!!! Witches Tree, don't bother it a tree on a corner in someone's front yard with NO markings or signs.

Our experience was wonderful! The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Thank you! The only opportunity I could see improvement would be to deep clean more often, like behind the dresser & night stand.

I stayed here with my three boys (ages 4,6, 12). The room was nice and clean. We were all comfortable. The kick back happy hour was a nice plus, and the breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient and right off 64. I found the employees to be friendly. The pool was awesome for the kids. I would stay here again.

This was an excellent stop over experience! We were very promptly greeted by the hotel manager, and we were warmly welcomed as he reviewed the hotel offerings (dinner, pool, etc). We ended up going out for dinner; however, the dining area was exceptionally clean and the attendant/cook was very engaged. Food looked fresh and appetizing.
Beds were fine and our room was clean. We had a first floor room very close to the exit door and had literally no noise at all. I was very pleasantly surprised!
We typically stay with another large hotel chain when passing through town, but this hotel will now be our first choice. Overall, great stay!

This is a really nice hotel to stay in. Service is perfect -a mixture of both friendliness and professionalism. Breakfast is great -quality and variety makes it better than other hotels- a lot to choose from! Swimming pool is nice -specially thankful for having a part outdoor where you can enjoy fresh air! We had an amazing time! We’ll definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. Don't be surprised if there is a line and some wait time but things move very quickly.

The rooms were clean as well

I had a very nice stay at the Drury Inn in East Louisville. The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were very professional (Erica checked me in and was very helpful with all my questions about the local area). The breakfast was good and the lady who oversaw the food was a delightful personality. I will stay again if I am in the area.
