Michael at the Ellisville location was exceptional! So professional, so friendly and helpful! He contacted me right away which is so refreshing that they truly care about their customers. I also spoke to Jeremy at the Manchester location and he was so helpful as well. I was extremely nervous bc I'm moving in 2 weeks. They made this part of it so easy peasy! Highly recommend!!

Gotta a killer deal recently on a storage unit (to use while I clean out my garage) and was able to pre-pay for 1 year to have the great monthly rate. The people I have run into at the facility have been great. Very friendly and helpful and always willing to listen. So far , so good.

Excellent and friendly customer service, a very easy and straightforward rental process, clean and secure site. I made my reservation online, but then I got sick, and they were kind enough to hold my reservation until I was well and could come in to finish the rental agreement. I'm so pleased by the 24hour access, a lot of places don't allow that, but it's valuable to me to be able to access my belongings at will, especially since I work long hours and might not be able to come during the day.
The employee was friendly and efficient, and took time to explain everything thoroughly and showed me around so I could find the access doors and how to reach my unit. Really a very pleasant experience all around, no complaints at all! Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a storage unit with the manager, Mr. Jason Wilkins. His customer service was top notch, 5 stars, all the way. He ended up upselling me with a larger unit per his expertise and opinion and I am glad he did because we ended up needed more space after all! I had never rented a storage unit before and he talked me through each step of the process while showing me the facility and which unit he thought would be best for me. He answered my numerous questions and had a great attitude and professional demeanor the entire time I was there. I even called several times with additional questions and each time I called he was happy to help me and didn't make it seem like I was bothering him. Jason is an asset to the Extra Space Storage company and I am so happy that my first storage unit rental experience was a good one! I will be recommending this location to others and telling them to go see Jason! Thank you again for such a great experience!

Justin was respectful of my time, friendly and efficient. My interactions with him, either via phone or in person, have always been pleasant. The building is conveniently situated and easy to get to. Access is pretty easy, too, and the unit itself was super easy to find! The unit price was right, with the promotion offered (one month free). Towards the end of my year there, the staff had changed. It was Jason I was dealing with and, honestly, he was just as professional, respectful and friendly as Justin was. If you're looking for storage space, either short or long-term, call Extra Space Storage. They are a solid company, they charge a fair price and their policies are really customer friendly, too. If I need to store anything, I will definitely go back to Extra Space Storage ......

I had to lease a second storage unit from the Ellisville location for a recent move. Just today, I got the last piece out. Everything went smoothly. That is unusual these days. No surprises. Courteous, friendly people. Very good experience.
