Matt Hawks: Allstate Insurance

I used Matt and his team for my auto insurance for several years until I moved to another state. His team, Kathy in particular, helped find me a new agent and transfer my policy to the new state. Kathy also helped me several times over the years when I needed my own policy and had questions. Truly the best experience I've had with an insurance agency and I wish them the best!

I love Matt Hawks insurance. There the best. I like, when I call to asking some questions. And they treat u like ur family. They always remember who u are. They also do the best for u and make sure ur getting the best deals and what policy fits u best. So thanks Matt Hawks crew for always helping me with my policy on my vehicle.

I swtiched to Allstate from my last Insurance Company for my peace of mind as I am a senior citizen, and...... so I can speake with a real person that answers the phone, returns my calls, and has a great conversation with me to make sure that I understand my policy and that I'm happy and satified at the end of that phone conversation. Matt was very patient and understanding in answering any questions I had and he made sure to get me the best price possible on my car insurance! The price he was able to get me after discounts was almost half the price I was paying for my previous insurance. I highly recommend him.

I've done plenty of comparisons with other insurance companies, they never stand up to Allstate and what Matt Hawk is able to provide. To begin with Matt took the time to walk me through every step of my car insurance and we customized exactly what I wanted to pay for. That meant a lot to me and tought me what I needed to know about insuring my property. Years later and now I've got both our cars and our house protected with insurance through Matt's agency. They are an excellent team, have never let me down, and have always been an open book with my insurance plans through them.

I was very happy to start going through Allstate for my car insurance. They were able to provide me with an affordable rate after paying way more than I preferred with other companies the past couple years. Definitely happy I switched! They answered all my questions and it was a quick and easy process to get started. Matt is the best!

Kathy is the absolute best! She is personable and always takes care of anything I need help with. She always follows up and reaches out usually around my policy renewal to check on me. I have followed her for years as I’ve been a longtime Allstate customer. You truly don’t find service like this anywhere else. This 5 star review is for you Kathy!

Update: Gosh, if I had a nice experience before! Just got a new house, but because of some aspects, Allstate was not able to provide Homeowners insurance. That didn't stop Matt and Hailey, oh no it did not. They reached out to another insurance company that was willing to work through Allstate and helped us get coverage that way. It was still the best price to coverage ratio and we did not have to add more insurance agents to work with.

Matt and Hailey already had my 5 Star review, and did not need to go so far above and beyond.

He was great. We had some identity theft issues a while back. Matt worked his butt off, with a woman named Hailey, for a week with us to fix the issue and reduce our rate. Many thanks to the both of you and I look forwards to our relationship with Allstate!

I called the insurance company to make a claim. The truck was stuck in the canyon and suffered cosmetic damages. They explained how to make a claim and the ramifications that possibly could occur, they further suggested that I get a few free estimates prior to making this decision in order to have more information. I appreciated knowing the whole picture.

Kathy is my agent and she has single handledly earned my 5 star review. She has been outstanding to work with. She actually follows up with me, has gotten my account right where I want it to be and even goes up and beyond and helps me out on her day off when they are technically closed. I was seriously thinking of switching to another agency and then I met Kathy. I work as a car salesmen so I will be recommending her to all my customers I sell to and still need car insurance. Good hire Matt Hawks!

I met Matt Hawk a few years ago at a SOBA meeting. He is a very personable business owner and I was in contact the next time i needed car insurance. After a year or two we went elsewhere for insurance, that was a mistake. Last Summer (2019) I ran into Matt again at South Ogden Days and was excited when my previous policy was almost up to be BACK IN GOOD HANDS! He is very detailed and goes over everything you need to know regarding your policy making sure it is the right fit for your personal needs. I would Suggest Matt Hawks Allstate to anyone I come into contact with in search of a new policy to give this agent and his team a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Just to be clear, Allstate is an awesome insurance company all by itself. BUT, no company can be great without good people. Matt Hawks and his team is what makes Allstate great!

We have had the honor of being covered by Allstate and Matt for 4 years, and have no plans of changing. In all honesty, we do check rates with other companies around renewal times and no one has ever beaten the price and coverage that we get here.
Matt and his team work hard to make sure that we are getting all of the discounts that are available to us. I can call at anytime and get any of my questions answered. They have earned every single one of the five stars I posted, I would give 10 if google would allow it.

Matt is awesome! We feel he is always completely honest with us and has always treated us like a friend. Once when our basement flooded he even offered to bring over his own personal shopvac to help us clean up the mess. We highly recommend Matt to help you with your insurance needs.
