I love this location! They seemed to have hired a few more people because they have whipped through the lines a lot faster both in store and drive thru. I've only had to wait a handful of times but it was never unreasonable (20 minutes or less). Staff has always had wonderful customer service even when they're slammed.
My eye doc sent over a refill prescription for Restasis and my insurance wanted $400 for it (thank you new year deductible). There was no way I could afford it. The off brand wasn't any better. I was discouraged because it had been really helpful. Brandon went above and beyond for me. He was able to help me find a manufacturer coupon and it cut the cost by more than half. The best part was that it would still go towards my deductible, unlike the GoodRx coupon. Thank you so much Brandon for taking that extra step!! It made all the difference!

I love getting my meds here. I love their notifications that the meds are ready and when in store their willingness to answer questions and help me find what I am looking for. This is a great pharmacy!

Whether you are picking up your prescription, or cold medicine, or printing photos, or buying random stuff in a middle of a night, this location is great for it all. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. There were a couple of people working there in a past who weren’t that friendly or helpful, but I have not seen them there since. I guess this place cares about who works there and what kind of service they provide, and have a way of checking how the location is doing.
The pharmacy staff always works with you and actually calls your insurance to resolve any issues even when your doctors screws up your prescription.
Will keep coming back to the best CVS in town!

This 5 star review is for Dr Sidney Hunt at the Minute Clinic. I went to a different Ogden clinic yesterday because my kids are really sick (figured it was Covid or Strep) & we were turned away cause I had a hiccup with my insurance so my kids and I were not covered this month. It was actually my work Hr Rep who let me know about the minute Clinic at CVS. Anyway, long story short they got me and my daughter in the same day and because I was NOT covered they had a program that was able to help us. Dr Sidney Hunt was amazing. She tested us both for covid, checked my daughter for ear infection she was just really, really kind, helpful with all the information she provided and made sure I knew my options. She was so good with my 6 year old (my daughter was terrified to see the Dr) anyways thank you & we appreciate you.

Love that the pharmacy is open 24 hours because I often forget to pick up my medications during the day and it's nice that I don't have to wait for morning to get them.
The staff is very nice and efficient. Especially the guy that runs the pharmacy window at night.
The line at the drive thru is always super long though no matter what time you go lots of cars.
Also they should definitely do some sort of verification when picking up meds since it seems anyone can pick them up now even without I.D.

I was on hold for less than a minute! The guy from the pharmacy helped me quickly and made small talk. He was extremely friendly and personable. My rx was ready within 15 minutes even with a transfer! Great experience.

I returned some drain cleaner after I spoke to the manager.

I have to give a shout out to the young man, Bobby, who helped me at the checkout this morning. I was purchasing a bottle of B12 vitamins and was truly trying to find the best dosage for the most efficient cost as personal financial struggles have been a factor at this time. I brought 1 small bottle of vitamins to the checkout counter and was pleasantly surprised when Bobby made me aware that the product was on sale and was in fact buy one get one free. He scanned the product a second time to access the promotion and told me that I could simply grab a second bottle on my way out. Bobby also donated a few pennies (4 cents) to my total so that I didn't have to break a larger bill for the transaction. Just a bit of kindness no matter how small truly goes a long way. It's been a great day thus far!!!

Amanda took my passport pictures and she was so nice and helpful. Trish was also working and checked me out. They were so kind and professional. I really appreciate them and will be sending all my friends there to get there’s done. Great staff highly recommend

Open 24 hours which is awesome. Great overnight staff , I think she was a manager. She was super nice and we had a long chat. Very helpful for what I needed to buy. Great prices and products. They have things that Walmart didn't even have. Overall five stars

This CVS was very helpful. We asked the pharmisist at the counter, Stacey, to help us with some prescriptions and for checkout. She was quick checking us out and helped me get one of my purchases for a discount. She was very nice and we got out with 14 items and 3 prescriptions in 20 minutes!! Thank you!!

All these people complaining about the guy with the one leg who works night shifts. My wife hasnt complained about him once. One of her prescriptions was waiting on authorization from the doctor before her insurance could cover it. Obviously that's not going to happen in the middle of the night. So the guy with one leg informed her about an over the counter medication she could use in the meantime, and how many pills to take in order for it to be the prescription dose. He even printed off a piece of paper to show the authrization error popping up on his computer. She thought he was very polite and helpful for the work he did.

Before I moved here, I seriously loathed CVS stores. I would avoid them at all costs, even driving out of my way if it meant not having to deal with them. Then I met this one. The staff is excellent and actually care about you and the concept of customer service isn't lost on them! I won't fill prescriptions anywhere else since finding this pharmacy, and the store itself is equally wonderful.

Don't mind the Latino Karen (El-Karen). This store is easy going and very helpful .the pharmacy crew has been great for covid vax and prescriptions as well. It does get busy , but with the recent flood of immigrants let in from the Biden administration what do you expect ? It's only going to get worse people. Hide your chickens , they coming.

Love the night shift guy named Joe thank you for always being so sweet to greet me I work nights and I'm off pretty late and he is always so nice not to mention he remembers everything and everyone your the bomb Joe

Paul in the pharmacy is amazing. Very helpful. He was by himself, I didn't ask for anything and he went above and beyond for me. I sure appreciate that. It sure is nice to see wonderful humans with everything going on in the world. Thank you Paul!
