First I'd like to say how AMAZING every single person on the staff I've come into contact with here, on the phone or in person, is at this pharmacy! They aren't just here to fill your prescription(s)...They actually care about your well being and talk to you like a PERSON and not just a customer. Previously, I always used to fill at big chain pharmacies, because that's just the "norm". Freedom was very highly recommended to me by some local friends so I thought I'd give it a try. I (used to) use GoodRX Gold as pharmacy insurance, and when I went to fill my antidepressants here I was briefly distressed when I was told they don't accept GoodRX...However, without insurance of any kind at Freedom, my antidepressants AND anxiety meds were CHEAPER than with GoodRX Gold at large pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens!!! I was shocked! Usually for just my antidepressants with insurance I'd pay $54 for ONE prescription; But with Freedom BOTH of my monthly meds only came out to $39!!! This is the first pharmacy in the 30 years of my life that I consistently feel spoken to as a human being, and not as "another random customer" where at places like Walgreens made me feel like I was a bother to even call to check on my meds. I will NEVER use another large chain pharmacy again: Brian and his team are absolutely the most kind people you'll come in contact to in Hattiesburg. THANK YOU to every single staff member at Freedom pharmacy for making me feel like family in the short time I've been a customer with y'all - I will be a lifetime customer here from now on!

Very nice waiting area, including vibrating pillows! The only drawback is that they're closed on the weekends. 🥼🧪🧫💉💊🩹🧴

I love this pharmacy. I started using them as a backup when the national chain I was using was out of my medicine. But I have completely switched. They are such nice people and always so helpful. They take the time to get to know your situation and make recommendations. It’s a small, local place so the hours are not as convenient as some of the bigger companies. But it’s worth working around that. You won’t be sorry!

This place is by far the best small pharmacy in Hattiesburg. They are very educational on when certain medications will deplete the good things your body needs and they prompt, fast, and so friendly. I have not regretted moving to this pharmacy ever.

Absolutely the best pharmacy by far. I have never had to wait long for my prescriptions. Very friendly atmosphere as well as a very professional and knowledgeable staff. Two things that truly stand out with my experience with Freedom are 1) I feel like I'm part of a family and 2) the owner is always concerned about my well being.

I liked the name, went in and got my prescription filled within 4 minutes while I waited. I've been there 100 times since then. Great friendly people and you can get your prescription while you wait, as opposed to coming back after an hour. They're adding years to my life in a number of ways!

ms. Michelle is the most understanding person there is. She take time to explain things to you and how thing work. She's honest and very pleasant to talk to. I will never use another pharmacy. If you want a pharmacy to take pride in thierselves and in you go see them.

I have never experienced better customer service, especially in a pharmacy. The staff is kind and helpful, my prescriptions were ready in record time, and the drive-thru line was efficient and organized. I am kicking myself for not switching to Freedom pharmacy years ago. I used Walgreens for far too long and I am never going back!

Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST PHARMACY in Hattiesburg and probably the whole state! Michelle is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Service is quick and the staff are always smiling and happy to see you! If your not using Freedom Pharamcy YOU SHOULD!!
