Because the Customer Service | received from Nathaniel Moore , who assisted me was a Genuine, Kind, Respectful, & most of all Cared about my issue and was connected Vs. disconnected. This person who assisted me should be considered for A
management position.
Speaking from a business owner myself I was very pleased with the help and attentiveness.

This is one of the best T-Mobile stores I have ever been in. Every time I go in there they are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and phone plans. Cannot recommend enough.

I was in the store a week ago with a big problem of canceled line and change of numbers of a new contract, I spent 3 hours trying to solve it via chat and there seemed to be no solution. I was attended by employee Ryan, he was super patient and attentive and managed to solve my problem. I was very happy and satisfied. Thank you Ryan for the great work!!!!

Definitely one of the best experience I’ve had at a phone store! Normally they try to take all your money and get you to spend as much money as possible. However Chantal was super kind, helpful, and friendly. Made sure I was getting the best deal on my budget, with the lowest price on the best service. I would definitely recommend her if you don’t want to get scammed out all your money!!! Thank you T-Mobile in Gulfport for hiring people like Chantal. I have their internet. Customer was A1. I called before I went and when I got there they already had me ready. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. All I paid for was activation 35 bucks. 50 a month internet no increase in price ever and its super fast.

This is a great location. They were busy when we got there with about 5 people helping customers. They were really knowledgeable and helpful. Very hard working and efficient. They took care of us quickly and resolved our issues perfectly.

And T-Mobile is an excellent product.

We had the BEST!!!! Experience ever at a Mobile Phone Provider. The gentleman that helped us was exceptional, he knew exactly what he was talking about in helping us select our new phones and service with T-Mobile. He took the time to help us set up our phones and my tablet for my business he was very honest and didn't try to influence us to purchase the most expensive phones. I had read recent the recent reviews prior to my visit and had concerns about the negative ones, primarily focused on two female employees. I decided to enter at my own risk and found an answer to my prayer by being assisted by one of the male employees (no concern about gender, I just was hoping to avoid the ones mentioned in previous reviews). I failed to get his name but had to leave a review about his integrity and professionalism. Without going into a lot of detail, he recommended that I see if the cell signal on another phone would be strong enough in the rural area where I inquired about (he had pulled up the site and it showed "spotty" service in this area; I had another phone that was connected to TMobile's towers and could potentially check this prior to signing up with them). Instead of just being focused on getting a sale, his recommendation turned out for the best in this situation. Although I wound up signing up with another carrier who has good cell signals in that area, I am grateful for this interaction and want to encourage potential customers that there are helpful and professional employees there, it is just a matter of getting the right ones who know how to talk to people with respect and understand the value of good customer service.

Deantae Is who helped me when I went in yesterday. I decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and he was amazing helping me, switching everything over, explaining how everything works, and gave exceptional customer service. When we walked in the store, there were 2 people ahead of us. We waited maybe 10 min before he was able to help us. While he helped us, the store got pretty busy but he handled the customer flow at ease. He was very patient, respectful, and genuine. Anyone thinking of switching and needs help, Deantae is the one to see. Even if for whatever reason T-Mobile doesn’t work out for us, I could never not give him a 5 star review.

I had a problem with a phone that I ordered online. Even though there were quite a few people there, the wait was not that long and my problem was resolved. I just hope the cell service is as great as they advertise.

Vanessa is the best! Hubs and I bought new phones this morning and she got us back up and rolling in about an hour. Rating wise, Vanessa gets a 10 from me and a 10 from my husband! She's a 20 because of her knowledge, skill, professionalism, friendliness. She's awesome. Go Vanessa!

Super knowledgeable and experienced! Deante was so very helpful and gave us extraordinary service, with deals and promotions. Saved us almost $80 a month with 3 new devices! Exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone!
