These people are wonderful from show room to instal! I cannot say enough good. The guy that did instillation so nice and helpful. Show room ladies amazing and helpful. Take their recommendation and use their electrician. It was really one of our best buying experiences for our new home. Also buy the cover lift!

Kelly at the Hot Tub Store was amazing. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me with everything I needed to buy and install the hot tub for my cabin. Travis and his guys did the install and it went very smoothly. I would highly recommend both of them - it was a pleasure to do business with them. Like most everyone of their customer reviewers, we found the service and attention of the staff at the Hot Tub Store to be superb. Everyone wants their spa tub installed before the holidays, and we were no exception. We had guests coming for Thanksgiving and were so looking forward to having our tub up and running. Of course, the manufacturer was slammed at this busiest time of the year, but Kelly and the staff worked as best they could to expedite delivery, and were able to get our tub in under the wire, the day before Thanksgiving! Highly recommend.

The Hot Tub Store is the best! They removed our old tub and replaced it with a new Hydropool hot tub. They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond with their customer service- stayed to fill the tub, balance the chemicals, and walked us through all the features. Awesome team of people!

We shopped around quite a bit and found a great fit for our tall family with a Bullfrog Spa. Kelly took the time to understand what we were looking for and find the best fit. Shipping delays did postpone install for a couple of months, but Travis and the crew were scheduled within a week of it arriving and on-site exactly when that said they would be. Install went smoothly and we’ve been enjoying our new hot tub for about a month now. Great experience!

Our hot tub arrived this past Wednesday. Travis and his crew delivered and installed it and Nathan hooked it up and gave us the info on how it worked and how to do the chemicals. They are truly professionals and very nice guys. Kelly in the shop kept us informed on how it was going since all the hot tubs (along with all other appliances) are taking much longer than normal. The Hydrpool hot tub is top quality and so far it works perfect.
We would without a doubt recommend Travis and the Hot Tub Store & More team. Nice job and thanks again.

What a great experience purchasing our hot tub during the pandemic! When our only other options were to wait until Sept. 2022 or pay thousands over sticker price for a hot tub, Travis and Kelly not only made it happen in a reasonable time frame and fairly priced, but took such good care of us through the process!!! No need to look anywhere else! Great people, prices, and service! Thanks Hot Tub Store!!!!!

They are very friendly and helped us find the hot tub that works well with our family. We got a swim spa and they let us know that because of the pandemic, it would be a while before it arrived because there are a lot of people ordering during this time. After it came in, they brought it over and set it up. They showed us everything we needed to do for maintaining it. There was a small problem at first, but they figured it out easily. We've been enjoying having it for exercising and after going for hikes to relax in.

The installation crew arrived on time on the appointed date. They were very friendly and professional in the placement and hook-up of our new tub. It was obvious that each person had a specific role and they had my tub installed and connected in under an hour. I had already removed my old tub from the slab and they took it with them when they left. I have purchased supplies from them in years past for our other tub but this is the first tub we have purchased from The Hot Tub Store. The service was great, no pressure on making our choice (Hydropool 5900), and a great price. They made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend The Hot Tub Store

Enjoying the tub. Never had one before. The chemicals are a little confusing for a new-be, but they are working w me to get it right - Joey has been great. My only complaint is that I wish I had been warned that putting it on a deck is noisy. I'll likely be moving it to solid ground.

Y'all don't need to do anymore looking, I've done the research for you. I spent a good month or so scouring the internet, looking at reviews of stores and tubs. The Hot Tub Store was a great experience from sales to install. This place offers the best prices that I could find in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee, but that's not really the most important thing about them, it's the impressive service. When I purchased the tub, Travis did not upsell me at all, he suggested a smaller Bullfrog tub that is perfect for me. Next, poor Kelly had to deal with me calling to check on the status of my hot tub delivery. I called multiple times, I'm sure I was annoying. Kelly was always a delight to talk to, and never once mentioned that I was being a tad obsessive. Finally, the install was perfect. I had neglected to mention that I live 5 mi down a dirt road, and usually when people arrive at my home they are a little flustered and stressed. The guys piled out of the truck all smiles, and talking about the six-point buck they'd seen on the way down. A short time later I was looking at my new hot tub, getting instructions on how to work it and how to maintain it. By the time they left, I felt like I was saying goodbye to friends.
These folks have struck the right balance between running a business, and not putting money before service. That's so unusual It has me writing my first Google review.

Bought my hot tub from them a few years ago and started having pump issues (my only issue this far!) and called them to come check it out. They told me it would be the next week and they had me on the schedule but called the next day and said would fit me in that week! The tech that came was super nice and said I needed a new pump and told me I would here from them the next day and I did! Got a call earlier then expected from Joey and said you all could come Friday instead of the following week with the pump so I said great!

Your guys were at the house first thing this morning and we have cameras and I can tell you they haven't stopped working besides to run back to Maggie and come back (THE SAME DAY!) and their communication has been top notch! I know as a business owner your reputation depends on the people working for you and the communication and interaction with Joey has been nothing but TOP NOTCH! Joey never seemed flustered or upset and took time to answer all our questions and in great detail! He was wonderful! Also your technicians have been just as great.

I can promise you, I will never call or recommend anyone but you all from here on out. Please share my gratitude with your staff!

Found their prices competitive, also found the tub I didn’t know I wanted.Nordic,model Bella,advertised as a 2 person, but only one can get the total experience. (Hydro therapy)The people were knowledgeable and friendly, the owner was involved with delivery and his staff finished the installation. In my 2 Months of ownership (we've given it quite a workout)I had a small issue, called,they came out in a timely fashion, agreed, part was ordered and fixed.

We had been looking for a hot tub for quite some time and had stopped by and spoke with Kelly. Kelly really made an impression on us and we weren’t quite ready to make the move yet but decided whenever we wanted to buy one we for sure were gonna buy one from her. Fast forward two years later and we went back Kelly was there and the timing was perfect. We bought one the next day, Travis installed it for the next week. It was a difficult install the way our house is situated on the mountain, but Travis had no problem whatsoever. Really professional and lovely to do business with this company; highly recommend it.
