Panera Bread

This Panera never fails. The food is always fresh, the people are friendly, and the service is usually pretty quick. Just like any restaurant there are some good and bad experiences. I can only think of one time I had a bad experience at this location. The manager was able to resolve my issues and was kind and very friendly. I'll be back without a doubt.

A Panera like no other. The food at these places is generally all the same. This one is different it is remarkably clean. Every part of the restaurant was spotless, even the restroom. Service is fast and friendly. Here's the kicker: on a Sunday (Christmas Eve to be exact) the store's General Manager was making rounds thanking guests for their business and checking on things. He could have easily scheduled himself off or just hid behind the wall like most of them do. This one was out working and engaging customers. Panera take note with this store.

This Panera in Shepherdsville,
had everything in stocked and was was cleaner then the Panera on Outerloop. They took their time to make sure that my order was correct and I have to say I love this Panera so if you’re reading my review, just check it out and let them know Gideon referred you.

I have never had anything less than excellent service from Panera. I enjoy the atmosphere. It's a great place to meet friends for coffee or lunch. Love it.

Popped in for breakfast sand and coffee before headed back to road. Establishment is clean and friendly. Best breakfast sands in any Panera.

Not being from this area I had a really Awesome experience! The employee taking my order was patient & courteous which I appreciate especially during stressful Covid-19 times* The employee helped me to get the most of what I wanted & for a good price too* I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, Spicy Thai Chicken 🥗, and I even got a Bear Claw for a sweet treat* Absolutely Everything I ordered was Fresh & Delicious* This Panera Bread is Doing a Great Job & if I'm in the area again soon I will Definitely visit again!👍🍁😊🍁

Amazing food every time! Love the turkey chili and the turkey and avocado blt. Drive thru is quick and the attendants are friendly... so glad they are in shepherdsville!

Ate there for breakfast on both ends of our trip. The food was very good. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Because it was so early there were not many customers. The facilities were clean.

First time going to Panera. Was just headed to work and figured I would give it a shot. My wrap and my smoothie was very good. The girl in the drive thru was also very kind. Over all good experience and food 😀

Clean as a whistle, quick, friendly service. New location, and I would not have expected this level of service so quickly from a new location. Kudos to the management staff for running it so well!

Restrooms are always clean, drink station is also. Never been there that tables aren't ready (clear & wiped down) for a new guest. Wonderful place and I now eat here often. Love that I can order from the ap when I am on my way, and I am ready to sit down and eat when I get there!

Oh my goodness! Awesome! My son took me out for an early brunch, turkey club with avocado (freshly toasted would have been better) it was very tasty. Bursting with veggies, turkey. Primo baby!!! He got us some croissant w/chocolate and powder sugar... WOW JUST WOW! He also ordered for his dad we took it home. But, Juan and I had a nice picnic in the truck. 😍

Always good fast fresh food. One of our favorites.

1st day of being open and our food was amazingly good! We ordered online and did the rapid pick up. Was ready in less than 10 minutes and was sitting there waiting for us. We definitely needed a great restaurant out here besides all the unhealthy fast food.

First of all, the food is fantastic. It’s hard to eat well and at good prices when one is on the road constantly. However, what was important to me was thee great attention and kindness from the staff, particularly the manager Mrs. Rodriguez. I will certainly come back whenever I am in town.

Great service. I got the 10 vegatable soup and ceasar salad. It was good. I try to look for vegan or at least vegetarian (health reasons). The vegatable soup was surprisingly good as well as the ceasar salad. My husband got the French onion soup. He loved his as well. We chose the apples instead of bread. They were a cross between a granny Smith and pink lady.
