Staff is awesome! Everyone of them is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been a customer here for many years aa it was Webster Brothers however until just recently when it changed names to Northwest but it seems that only the name changed which is great

Just purchased my new Weber grill from Northwest Ace Hardware and the customer service is amazing! Placed my order, fully assembled grill was delivered 3 minutes ahead of schedule!
