Amazon Delivery

Great customer service, great attention to detail and super fast shipping!

They consistently ignore my delivery instructions!!! I have it posted twice to be delivered to a specific location and they ignore it 9/10 times. I just had a very important Christmas gift stolen from my front porch due to them ignoring instructions. I have been a delivery driver, I know how it works, it is not always convenient but is definitely NOT HARD TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. It is pure LAZINESS and inconsiderate. I am fed up!

Derby Deliveries, LLC DSP partner “operates” here. A loose term as the way they “run” business is pathetic. Drivers seem to be disrespected a lot here. So called ops management is a joke. I worked as a driver for some cash flow while working to get my real estate license.
I also have my own company and know this certainly isn’t the way to run one.
I ended up getting sick with Covid. I gave them a doc note (no “are you ok? Or get well soon” from Angel one of ops managers. Didn’t even respond to my note.) Then get taken off schedule even after she told to come in the next day. What a joke. I’d rather stay working for myself than be ran ragged by people who don’t care about me.

Let me just say this Amazon “Lyft” driver did not want to back up after leaving delivery so he drove through my lawn!!! I raced out and hollered for him to stop and he just shrugged his shoulders! Seriously!?? WTH?

Says out for delivery then no delivery!
