Can't go wrong with Jesus chicken, always hits the spot. Servers are always nice.

Shout out to Reid & Jenny! My mother wanted to stop in to use the restroom and grab a bite, but accidentally had shut her hand in the car door upon arrival and cut herself. The staff was extremely empathetic and offered assistance in every way with ice, first aid items, and hydration. Much gratitude towards the staff for their concern, care, and going out of their way to help!

They just kill it everytime here!!! Never miss a straw napkin or sauce.... keep up good work

I was in the drive thru. I got my food fast, and the lady at the window was very polite.

Very slow. Have been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 mins. Still not to the speaker. Have never spent this much time at a chick flia in my life. They also trap you in line so you can't get out and change your mind.

I was quite surprised my order was ready in less than 10 minutes when I ordered for my family, the restaurant was semi busy. When I come back to Elizabeth City, I will have to stop at Chick-fil-A again.

My experience wasn't even at CFA I used to work at CFA awhile back and unfortunately we had to part ways but one day I was At Panera Bread and the Director of CFA Mrs Michelle was sitting in front of me with her husband and I went to get up and my knee almost completely gave out on me and she almost jumped out of her seat to help me out but I was able to catch myself she emphasized how important it was for me to take better care of myself and to get checked out by a doctor this is something I will never forget

Always friendly, fast, courteous and the folks even danced to my music while I waited for my food. It's always a nice visit any time we visit Chick-fil-A. 😁

Service is fantastic. Dining room busy but staff manages to keep clean, tidy, and ready for next patrons. As always food is hot and appetizing. No better fast food atmosphere in town.

Fast, friendly service! The order was correct, the first time. The dining room was bright and clean, staff continuously circulated to keep it that way. One of the staff checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we had everything we needed. This was a "Fast food" place, folks! But it felt like so much more! Kudos to Management and Staff!!

Every time I go my order is always right and hot. Sweet tea is great and staff is always friendly. Lunch and dinner rush dose cause slow/long lines. But staff does a good job with getting customers in and out.

Good food...we had chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and colas. The chicken and the waffle fries were fresh, hot and crispy. Even the colas were good, not watered down. PERFECTION! Good service. The workers are so sweet and polite. I will be eating here more often.

Friendly staff. The drive through was well run and efficient. It would be nice if some of the other fast food chains would take a page out of their book.

Chick fil a food is great at every location for the most part. The staff and managers are what make this one so great. They go above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of and the GM is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. This is the best chick fil a hands down and it is because of them. I have not had 1 bad experience at this location and the food always comes out quickly and right. I know if i ever had a bad experience they would do everything in their power to make it right.

I will forever love Chick FIL A! Fast, efficient, friendly! What more could you ask for?? Food is super hot when it's given to you, your order is correct! What can I say?
