Best customer service experience I have had in a while: came in with a return, bought new items and Karen reminded me I had a coupon on my return receipt. She was also just overall pleasant.

Awesome. Fruit bowl is perfect $13, blender $19.99 and egg cooker for 8 eggs $14.99.
I like shape of blender - straight. This shape is much better than traditional. Need less power for Better blending. Cheaper and better than traditional blender.
Fruit bowl has perfect size of space between wires. Tangerine will not fall from this bowl. It also made from good steel - heavy enough to hold bananas.

The front cashiers here are so friendly and ready to help in every way. A special shout out to Karen, who went out of her way to make sure that we got our veteran discount and made sure I knew how to apply for the Easy leasing on the patio set.

I haven't been in this store in probably about a year. Well, I went right before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised at how much they've changed it around in there. It was very organized and you could find things much easier than you could before.

Great prices, selection, service and parking!

I like this store...but the only problem is I find things I didn't know I needed and go waaaayyyy over my budget. But then, that isn't always bad....lol!

Big Lots has variety of items you may not be able to find in a physical store locally. Love to see "finds." Disappointed when I go back for more of the same only to learn they're sold out & have no way of "ordering" more through headquarters. I should own stock in Big Lots so I'd be paying myself when I buy!

They have more toys for babies than anyone!

I almost missed the sale no thanks to no show no mediacom. Luckily I made it right at 30 minutes to closing. My fastest shopping ever and that never happens. However, it was a great experience and thank you TT for helping me to my vehicle. I was the last one in the store. So thank you for everyone's help. Great staff and great experience!

Great store. Every time I have been there it's been a good experience. They are happy to help and all the employees have great attitudes.

Juat like any discount store, you need to shop it on a regular basis because the stock and pricing will change but you can always find great deals when you look. Our checkout person Hannah was very helpful as well.

This Big Lots was a very pleasant experience, the storm was very clean and the staff or excellent. This is a great place to shop and I'll be back.

I got a recliner and a really nice three piece coffie table and end tables for a great price. I received a big discount using my big lots card and on top of that got the military discount too. Easy to assemble, the tables are great and the recliner is easy to fall asleep in.

Always love to go to Big lots, have alot more to look at now than they use to. Nice store.

This place was fantastic.the store was clean and smelt of Christmas (even through my mask) other customers wore their masks and the stores employees greeted me with a hello and a smile upon entering the store..2 thumbs up.
