Can’t say enough good things about Crown Pest Control! They reliably maintain a regular schedule of spraying and checking the house to keep pests away and also never hesitate to come out between quarterly visits if there’s a more urgent need. They have also helped with the removal of a massive hornets nest high up on the house.

Five++ stars to the whole team from Kim at the main office who is always so nice helping with scheduling to special kudos to technician Hunter who always texts when he’s on his way, and who is super helpful and personable, and very knowledgeable and informative with treatment methods he’s employing and options for prevention! I have used this company for over 20 years. They are very professional in their service. My tech, Hunter calls when he is close to my home. He is very comfortable with my 2 huge dogs and they are comfortable with him.

I’ve had Crown Pest Control for a while now and the service is ALWAYS great. This time we got a nice guy named Robbie. He came through and did a great job. Took care of the whole house, inside and out. Talked to me a little more to help me gain some knowledge on how some of the insects and critters act and live around here. He talked to me, my wife, and my newborn son and made us all feel very comfortable. Made jokes and was very personable. Service with a smile and really helped us out. Even went above and beyond and took out our traps for us. Talked about our love for animals and the holiday season. If you could send us Robbie every time that would be great. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I’ve been a client of Crown Pest Control since 2015. Since the first visit, their technicians have proven to be knowledgeable, courteous and very respectful.

When our children were infants, they were so kind to tiptoe around while they were napping. I never had to worry about the chemicals in their products around my pets because they have materials that are not harmful to animals.

Angie has always been so kind and helpful when scheduling or rescheduling. Now Kim is keeping that standard when it comes to customer service.

My most recent treatment was performed by Hunter. He was very kind and understanding that I had to teach a class online while he treated the interior.

Yers ago, I was hustled by HAWX. They are shady solicitors who perform a ‘good’ exterior mosquito treatment the first time ONLY. Once locked into services, they pretended they were treating my yard for mosquitoes after that. The customer service was awful, they refused to connect me to a supervisor and the representative insulted my intelligence. There was no effort to remedy the issue or at least have a complementary visit between treatments. All the while, I still had services with Crown and would simply add services to my existing plan in the future.
I never have to worry about being mistreated or disrespected with Crown Pest Control. They are one of those few companies that truly regard people as PEOPLE, not a money-grab like HAWX.

After purchasing a new home, we realized that we had an ant problem. This stopped our renovation until we could find someone to help us figure out where they were coming from and what needed to be done to get rid of them. I found reviews online for Crown and figured I’d give them a call. I was not disappointed, George answered and made me genuinely laugh in a really stressful situation. They offered to get me on the schedule that day, they arrived faster than Amazon! The tech was kind and informative. He took care of the ants and we finished the flooring the next day. I signed up for their maintenance program and Crown will be my recommendation for friends and family moving forward!

Crown Pest has the friendliest crew! I can’t name them all but Robbie, Kim, and George were recent ones I remember plus two others I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They are all very responsive and professional. I had some scheduling issues and had to reschedule them multiple times because of a construction project for work and they were very understanding, flexible, and worked with me to make it happen! We love crown pest. They have been spraying our home for 3 years now and we no longer have cockroaches. Nothing get in past the barrier they spray. Robbie sprayed our interior and did a fabulous job. He communicated arrival time and was very thorough. Thanks for a great job.

The technician Tristen did an amazing job checking every part of my home for a termite inspection and was very aware enoigh to offer me a military discount even though I hadn't even asked.
