I love shopping here as they have the cutest decor for your home. Every sales person is always so nice which makes the shopping experience better. I also wait for coupons to come to my email or in the mail as the stuff at times could be a little pricy. So sign up for their loyalty member to get the coupons.

Fun store with so many great decorating idesa. I made a return that was incorrectly sent. The helpful staff gal corrected it and the right order was received in 2 days.

Jay and Christine were awesome and made my shopping experience at Kirkland a delight at the Matthews store. Christine went above and beyond to assist me with all the items I purchased today. They were patient, polite and extremely professional. They periodically checked on me and made suggestions. I absolutely love Kirklands and have been a fan for years. This store is always neat and clean and you can find everything you need.

This store has the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. I am disabled right now and needed to order online. My order was ready within an hour for my friend to pickup. Their prices are also great!
