Lovely Nails

I have gone to Lovely Nails for about 3 years now. Any time I have had an issue I have immediately told John and he will fix it with no problem. They keep the place very nice and the overall quality of the nails are very good and last long for my lifestyle. The pricing is very affordable and the pedicures are WORTH THE HYPE. Lovely’s is my favorite salon in the area and when I say I’ve tried them all , I’ve tried them all. He puts his customers first and making an appointment over the phone is the best way to ensure that you will have a seat in that salon. Love John 4ev.

Today I came in for a basic pedicure & it was amazing! I wasn’t expecting much. They charge $30 for basic pedicure & it felt like a deluxe pedicure. Lee was very nice & gentle which I never experienced with pedicures. He didn’t rush at all. The facility is nice and clean. They use new utensils between each client.

I was searching for a new, local nail salon after having a less-than-great experience elsewhere when I came across Lovely Nails online. I called and asked for an appointment and they booked me, with a super friendly attitude, for a couple of days later. When I arrived I was very happy to walk into a pleasant environment without super overwhelming smells, sights or sounds and an extremely clean and well organized salon. I was greeted with a smile and sat down to pick my dip powder colors, and within a few minutes I was seated at my booth and getting started. The man (the owner) that did my manicure that night was incredibly kind and talkative, not making me feel awkward or like I was a bother one single time (you'd think this should be a given, but I also think we've ALL sat in a nail salon chair and been ignored for an hour while the tech chatted away with coworkers, feeling as though we had to be silent and that we were somehow being done a huge favor while paying for a service). He asked me questions about myself to get to know me but didn't pry, updated me every step of the way and let me know when he had to step over to take care of a phone call or the register, which wasn't an issue at all. He also made it very clear, after asking me what made me switch salons (I didn't name my old one and he didn't ask me to, but he did ask if it had been local), that he only takes people by appointment and if a walk-in arrives, he tells them that they'll have to make an appointment and come back or wait to see if he has any openings/cancellations. This was a relief, as I'd been made to wait every month at my old salon for walk-ins that showed up right before me even though I ALWAYS made an appointment ahead of time (I'm talking I'd arrive 10 min early for an appointment and a walk-in that arrived a minute or so before me would get taken care of first, resulting in my waiting for at least 30 min, oftentimes longer--for an APPOINTMENT), which never made sense to me. On top of great customer service, my mani looked PERFECT. He did it so well that I couldn't believe I'd ever gone anywhere else! (My old salon did an amazing job, too! They just weren't too nice nor were the punctual.) I will keep coming back to Lovely Nails as long as I'm living in the area! I'm booking a mani/pedi for this weekend, tomorrow, as a matter of fact! My first experience there was just last month and I haven't forgotten how comfortable and cared for they made me feel. Great job, y'all!

This is my first time go to this nail salon and my experience was absolutely amazing. I called and ask for a walk in and they took me my nails are absolutely beautiful.😍❤

First time going here & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my nails & the family that owns it. John was extremely friendly & funny & did a wonderful job on my nails & toes! 10/10 recommend & I will be returning 🥰

Super clean place, amazing customer service. Really affordable pedicure for being close to the beach and it even included hot stones with a massage! Our nail techs were extremely friendly, nice, and cared about our comfort. It was a completely relaxing experience and my nails look gorgeous! Will definitely come back when I’m in the area.

I’ve been to a few nail salons and they were pretty nice, some worse than others. But this one blew me away! The service is incredible! They clearly care for their customers, it’s a family run business by a group of very hard working individuals! I will 100% be visiting again!

I’m very picky about how I want my pink and white nails shaped and done. I’ve been getting my nails done for almost twenty years now, and this salon is on my top five list of salons. High quality work and reasonable prices. I always make an appointment for all my needs, and I never have a wait over five minutes. I highly recommend making an appointment. This salon is in such high demand that an appointment is necessary if you want to be seen at the time you go.

Lovely salon! Beautiful family business. Staff is very friendly, patient, respectful, and caring. Love how they cared for my grandmother during her appointment. John is very sweet & tender. Cared for her & called her “Mama” like family. Would 20/10 recommend.

This was my first time going there and they were amazing the nail tech that worked on me was lee and he was so incredibly kind and made sure everything he did was something that I would love. He always double checked with me to make sure I like the way they were looking and if I liked the color. 1000/10 service and result! This will be my permanent salon from now on! I’ve never been happier with my acrylics!!!

Kacey did an excellent job! She was so sweet and did exactly what I wanted. She did NOT make me feel like a burden with all the designs I wanted.. like some places do. She took her time. Very happy and will definitely be back. I recommend making an appointment though. They are pretty busy.

Visited this salon this week and was completely impressed. Technicians were professional and friendly. Receptionist was ready for our arrival. My sister and I had a great time and received great care!

Family owned business that really cares about their customers. You get seen at the time of your appointment, and they treat you like friends/family! They don't rush the process and make you feel at home. Love the atmosphere here! Great prices too!

I haven’t had someone do my nails this good in a long time!! They turned out exactly how I wanted them in a fast amount of time too. They are super nice and have great prices. Will definitely be back and never going anywhere else!!
