This location is Honestly the reason why I switched to Verizon the professionalism and caring was next level. Amanda went above and beyond what she was required making sure I had a phone for the next morning as I am an over the road truck driver and would have been unable to work the next day without one.

Paige was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. I had no interest in a new phone I just wanted a screen protector. Paige told me about account specific discounts and explained the costs to upgrade. She answered every question I had. With all the information Paige provided the only choice was to buy a new phone. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. With staffing issues in all businesses you should consider your store lucky to have this young lady representing you. I have been to Shepherdsville Verizon twice in the last couple weeks due to not being able they into our local Etown office. Austin and the lady that was training were both very nice. Austin is very knowledgeable about his job. Will Definitely go there from now on with any issues

Austin was super knowledgeable and extremely patient as I migrated a European phone, two kids phones and an upgraded phone from t-mobile to Verizon. He worked several scenarios to maximize our budget and get the plans we needed. He even ordered phone cases and screen protectors. Truly, his patience with my kids constantly interrupting was phenomenal. Thank you Austin.

I was having trouble setting up my new phone that I received from Verizon. I took it to the Verizon Retailer in Shepherdsville. Paige worked on it until she got it all set up. She showed me how to do some new things on my phone. She even put liquid glass on it which sounds like it's going to be so much better than buying those screen protectors every so often. Paige is a wonderful asset for this Verizon retail store.

Emma helped me switch over three phone and two apple watches. She worked hard to find me the best promotions and helped me set everything up! She was excellent!
