The pharmacy drive thru is fast and the employees are very professional!

The store is filthy, especially the foyer area. The Pharmacy seems to only be open when they feel like it. They cannot be counted on. Took me a week to catch then open to get my scripts

Had a covid second dose appointment at 2. The person behind the counter told me that I had to wait for 2:30 since their pharmacist was apparently at lunch. (Another person also waiting told me that he was told the pharmacist would be back by 2.) At 2:10 I see their pharmacist walk in yet nobody told me to come up and start the process. Came up myself and the lady told me to wait again because she had to give me papers. Waited a long time and she kept doing other things so I couldn’t even fill it out. At 2:40 (still no papers) she called me up and told me that they didn’t have the Pfizer second shot. We got the first shot here and scheduled the appointment for it here as well. If they ran out they should contact us or something. I’m not sure how they administer the first shot but not the second….We waited almost an hour just for them to tell us they don’t have what they set us up for. Disappointed. The lady seemed like she hated her job and had so much negative energy.

Will not fill prescriptions from the Veterans Affairs hospitals. Since they will not support Veterans, I will not be doing any other business with them. Inexcusable.

The drive thru is meant for convenience. There are times you sit in line for more than 30 minutes because someone wants a prescription filled but didn't call it in etc. That's not fair to those that did. This practice needs to stop.
