Excellent service!!! Room is clean. Bed is extremely comfortable. Stayed 3 weeks. Cleaned and made bed everyday. Owner is extremely friendly. Goes out of his way to keep the family style motel. Would highly recommend staying here. Great price. Great value.

Good atmosphere and great people. I would surely visit the place with my family in the coming days. Amazing service right from check-in to check-out. . Clean! Smelled very clean! Bathroom was extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable! Managers went out of their way for us and very nice. It’s obvious they care about their guests and their property.
Will definitely stay again.

This Place Has Amazing Staff As Well As Quick and Fast Customer Service. If You Need Anything Don’t Hesitate To Just Go Up To The Office And They Where Happy To Help Me With Any Questions I Had. Great Coffee Along With A Pretty Good Breakfast Selection. Very Quite, Safe And Peaceful Place To Stay. I Can Say I Will DEFINITELY Be Back. The Owner Is Very Respectful Of His Guests And Always Is Making Sure He Puts The Safety Of His Guests First. The Beds Where Extremely Comfortable And Plenty Spacious. Also The Wi-Fi Was Very Fast Has Excellent Speed And Connection So If You Have Kids Who Play Games This Is THE Place To Stay.

Me,my mom,daddy,and sister enjoyed staying at the Southland motel the owner feeded everyone that stayed at the motel for Thanksgiving and the food was good!!!!!!!

Good place to stay as well as clean! Owner is definitely nice, friendly, and professional. Definitely would stay again the Wi-Fi is fast and the breakfast/coffee in the morning is a really nice treat compared to the other motels/hotels in the surrounding areas. I would recommend staying here 😀

It’s quiet every night here, a/c is super cold which is perfect for this summer heat. The owner treats you like family too, will come back again!
