I am new to NC and absolutely loved my first visit at Swansboro Family Dentistry! All the staff members were super friendly and the building itself is beautiful and SO clean! My dental hygienist, Cynthia, shared a ton of informative and useful information about dental care with me while cleaning my teeth; it was evident she is passionate and extremely knowledgeable within her field! When my visit came to an end, the staff gave me the cutest “welcome” bag full of goodies and even sent me a hand written card welcoming me to Eastern NC! The staff is incredibly thoughtful and gives top notch dental care. I would highly recommend Swansboro Family Dentistry if you’re on the hunt for a great dentist!

This is by far the best dentist office that i have been to! The lady that cleans my teeth, Cynthia is so thorough and honest. They take time to explain things and answer questions. And after all these years of going to dentists, i am still learning new things! The staff are all so friendly and easy to talk to, almost like extended family! The rooms and facilities are so clean! You can tell the employees take pride in everything they do!

We recently moved to the Hubert area and I scheduled for a new patient exam/cleaning and asked to be placed on the cancel list to hopefully get in sooner. A week later the sweet ladies at the front desk called to ask if I wanted to come in the following week and I said yes! I was so happy they were able to get me in sooner as it had been too many years and I was way past due for a cleaning. The online new patient paperwork was simple to fill out and day of appt I only waited a couple minutes then they called me back. The dental hygienist was the sweetest soul and I enjoyed meeting her. Most importantly she was so thorough with my dental exam and did an exceptional cleaning of my teeth! I can honestly say this was the best dental cleaning I have ever had. Dentist came in and was lovely too. Highly recommend Swansboro Family Dental.

My experience was beyond a five star rating! The office was clean and staff was nice and welcoming! Visiting the dentist can bring a ton of anxiety. My hygienist was kind, gentle, and listened to my requests as a patient. My experience was more than "getting my teeth clean." I felt the care and compassion from both the dentist and the hygienist.

It was my first time going to Swansboro Family Dentistry and let me tell you I wish I could give more than five stars. Like most people, I am nervous to go to the dentist. When you first walk in to their beautiful waiting room you are welcomed by the wonderful ladies behind the reception desk. The whole check in process for your appointment is super quick. I waited less than 5 min before I was called back. All of the staff that i encountered were so incredibly kind and polite. They were able to answer all my concerns and questions. Staff was extremely friendly and gentle with their work. I had to leave early due to a family circumstance and the staff was very understanding and did everything possible to complete my cleaning in time.

Swansboro Dentistry team members are excellent. The hygienist and Dr Norris are excellent and always take time to discuss our dental health.

I am not a patient of record at this dental practice, but was quickly seen when I called with an emergency. The staff at the front desk, Jackie, the dental assistant, and Dr. Darrah were all pleasant and helpful. I sensed an atmosphere of expert dental care and Dr. Darrah provided excellent care.

Love this office and all of the staff! Everyone makes you feel like family. They listen to all of your questions and concerns. If they aren’t able to help you in house they will refer you to the best in town.

The staff, hygienists, and dentist at this office are incredible! I have four kids, and every time we visit, they treat us like family.

The office is very clean and always smells nice. The staff at the desk are very nice and my hygienist, Korri is awesome!!! I haven't met the rest of the staff but I'd bet they are all pretty nice as well.

Both the hygienist and the dentist had a gentle touch. They both paid careful attention to detail and did thorough examination of teeth and gums. Clean facility—waiting room, restroom, exam room—all impeccable.

By FAR the best experience I have ever had at a dental office! Amanda greeted me promptly with a smile that showed me I was in the right place right from the start. My hygienist, Korri, was very professional and took the time to ensure I was aware of what was happening at all times and comfortable throughout my cleaning. She also gave me some great tips to make sure I would keep up great practices between visits. Dr. Brown wrapped up the visit by providing exceptional insight and reiterated the confidence in his team. I can say without a doubt that I have found my dentist for the long haul!

The office is professional and decorated in calm nautical theme. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient, Hygentist was thorough and discussed areas of potential issue, and dentist was excellent when I needed my filling.

Great staff all around! This truly is an office of people who care about their patients.
