Regal Greenville Grande

The movie theater is spacious and clean. The staff was very courteous. We would definitely see movies there in the future.

Great theater. This was first visit to a theater since prior to beginning of the Pandemic. As usual it was clean, had friendly staff, and the movie choices were great. Sadly, I'm unsure how they are staying in business, though. For a Friday night, my husband and I were two of six in our theater and the rest of the place looked like an absolute ghost town. Not the establishment's fault. Just the way things are now. Sad.

I remember when this place opened, somewhere before 2007. The world has changed a lot since then. I'm glad that this place is still around. We went here twice while I was still in town, the employees were exceptionally friendly, and overall it was a great experience. Thanks, Regal.

Beautiful and comfortable! For my wife and I, the best feature is the closed captioned glasses you can use! Even with 3D. Staff is very friendly and happy to have you there. Theater is clean, restrooms are clean and their customers are nice and quiet during the movie. It's the only theater we visit any more.

I've been to 2 shows here in the past week. I saw Top Gun: Maverick for the 2nd time yesterday and the Drum Corps International show DCI Tour Premier shown live from Detroit, MI on June 28th. The theaters were clean and the prices reasonable.

Huge theater in a great location. The staff were friendly and waited on me right away. The popcorn was fresh. The prices are comparable to other theaters. The seating was stadium style with large leather seats with cup holders and retractable arm rests. Very comfortable. The sound and picture quality were great.

Have only been here once but had a very good experience. The theater was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the seats were very comfortable. If I didn't live so far away I would go there more often.

Great, clean, well-managed theater. Have been going to this theater for about 6 years now and have never had an issue. If someone's being loud and you complain to management, they talk to the person. If there's an issue with a movie, they fix it right away! Wish every theater could be this well-managed.

Went to see "It" the other weekend. Had 0 problems with theater. Line for concessions was short, popcorn was decent. Was noticing some blurring on the edges in picture quality, but I'm a bit of a stickler, so probably won't bother most. All in all a good visit to the movies. Not the best not the worst. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby so it's a good location. Perfect place for a Saturday evening.

Loved it!! The lil cashier was so very helpful. I had my 3 granddaughters with me n she offered contains for sharing. No one has ever offered that before in all my yrs of movie going.

This place is a 5 star. I was in a hurry on my first review and hit the wrong star by mistake. I have never had a problem with anything here and "if" I did it was corrected immediately. Great customer service. I am a crown club member and have been for many years. Keep up the good work!

This theater is very nice. Each theater had stadium seating. The restrooms and theatres are very clean. The concession stand menu boards are electronic and easy to read. The staff are very friendly.

I'm new to the area and my first experience was great. I notice it doesn't have alot of trailer pre shows which can take away from the movie it self. Nice family atmosphere. Games for kiss clean bathrooms. Price is right. Where you don't feel you're taking out a small loan to have family time.

Awesome experiences with Regal Greenville Grande. Thought my month was ruined after losing my money clip after seeing Finding Dory. I did not know it was missing along with all my money until I went to pay for a meal about three hours later.
Checked everywhere and realized the last place I used it was to purchase tickets. I called the theater and asked if anyone had found a unique money clip that had a lot of personal value to me. I advised them that it did have money with it but I was more interested in finding the clip. I was put on hold and was connected to the on duty manager. She advised that they did find a money clip and that I could check with her to describe it. I went back to the theater and met with the manager. I described the money clip from the United States Embassy, Kabul Afghanistan.
They had recovered the clip when they cleaned the theater between showings. I would like to thank the integrity of the employees and management of Regal Greenville Grandeur theater and sincerely thank them from the bottom of my heart. Thank you all so much. Pete Lavin.

In my opinion this is the BEST theater in Greenville!! They have recliner seats where you never have to worry about someone's big hair getting in the way of your view. You can reserve seats as well! They have a huge concession stand with a big variety of things to choose from. It's extremely pricey though. I don't have a movie theater in my town, so we drive over an hour just to come to thus one, and it's worth the drive...I highly recommend this movie theater!

The seats might be as comfortable as the theater on Firetower Rd., but I like the first come first serve. I do not like getting your seating on line. The times we go there is hardly any wait time. Staff are very helpful.

Each and every time we have gone everyone has been very nice. It's been clean also, my advice in the summer don't go on the days they have dollar movies for the school kids because yes the kids mess up the restrooms and drop trash in the theater and staff can't always get it all but overall it's clean otherwise!

As for those who say it stinks go to fire tower rd to the Carmike and I guareentee the regal will become your castle 😀
As for the terrible experience of the fire I would have asked for the manager and either got tickets to see the movie another time cause it's insane to watch a movie and not see the ending or I would have just went in and watched it again to see the ending .

Needless to say you can't please everyone but certainly reconsider to give a place a few tries reason being they could be going through a staff change , new hires in training, etc... Well with all that being said I'm signing off to have a girls night to dinner and yes a movie at the Regal Grand stay tuned for my update lol

Nice theater - comfortable seating - lots of room. I drive in from Mt Olive a couple of time a month and it's worth it.. Sign up for the rewards program and if you're eligible, take advantage of the senior discounts...always on the list when we make it to Greenville.

Best movie theater in town, if you ask me. A lot of people prefer the Carmike now because of the seating, however this remains my favorite. Regal is closer to my house, they serve MUCH better/fresher food, there are stores and restaurants around it, and there's a police office out front so it feels safer. I love this theater's nachos and corn dogs. Also, you can eat at the East Coast Wings Restaurant directly beside it, which serves awesome South Western/American food for really good prices.
