Love it. Love it. Love love love it! It's not a big location, but the selection is wonderful. They have Burberry, Tory Burch, Frye, Brooks, Newton, and do many more brands at great prices. I'd guess that 30 percent of the shoes are returns but there is still a huge selection of beans new shoes. I purchased two pairs of shoes today that I have previously owned for $100 (for both). I'll be back next month!

For men, the selection is pretty much shoes, and if you wear unique size, perhaps some pants and shirts or belt. Look for clearance items for the best deals, the rest is up to 70% off regular recommended retail prices, which the original prices are kind of premium, in my opinion. Finding a great deal for men's stuff is possible, but not on every visit. Sometimes I find $75 shoes for $10, or $275 shoes for $40 on clearance. The regulars know how to catch the best deals. Sometimes there are some pretty random things for sale, it's like an adventure. The staff is super friendly! Ask them anything, and they will even help you find something you didn't even know you actually are interested in. Overall, I've had a pleasant experience every time, even though I end up buying something only about half the time.

Visited 6PM outlet for the first time. Amazing deals! The clerk told us that the best deals occur on Saturdays and Wednesdays. I picked up two pair of brand new running shoes for 60% off of normal retail price. Shoes are organized by gender and then by size. Retail prices are on footwear boxes and certain color stickers signify the discount available (e.g. pink line means 60% off). Offerings change all of the time per the racks and racks of returned footwear from Zappos (6 PM's parent company). Everything from brand-name dress shoes, to sandals, to running shoes (road and trail), to hiking boots - even some cycling shoes. Friendly and helpful staff as well. We will definitely go back!

Absolutely loved this place! Fantastic prices, especially for the brands! Personally paid 120$ for 4 pairs of name brand boots including Guess and 1 pair of heeled Michael Kors sneakers. Also had a fantastic experience with a male worker who helped my family member out tremendously! Very kind staff! Highly recommend this store for great deals and friendly staff!

This place is worth the drive. It's a gamble for me, because the selection for size 12 male shoes is only a few dozens... But it's got hundreds of options for my wife. The sales are as hard to predict as reading tea leaves, but can be super worth it. Things go from slightly cheaper prices to being a fantastic deal, depending on magic color and day combinations.... But like all mystic things, you never know what you're going to get. Fun to try.

I’ve been going to the outlet for many years and have a great shoe wardrobe. Thanks to the fabulous Lisa H. for keeping things moving right along in such a cheerful way - even on the busiest days! Lisa has pointed out specials that I might have missed, so I’m always glad to see her on duty.

It's amazing we have access to this store. I wouldn't be able to afford good work, athletic shoes. Sometimes toy can find $100 shoes for 90% off. I'm not kidding. But you have to go check it out. Any out if state visitors I get love it when I take therm there. Just remember all sales are final, and make sure you have a right and left and same size. I once bought a beautiful pair of shoes and didn't realize one was tighter than the other.(one was a different size).

The store is easy to navigate and the sizes are organized well. They have a large selection of wide and narrow sizes, and I am always able to find a few pairs of shoes every time I visit here. The prices are amazing. It’s the best place in the area for affordable, high quality shoes.

I cannot overstate what a wonderful store this is. For one it’s always tidy and well stocked but what truly puts this gem over the top is the staff. Corey, Lisa, Tina, Kathy, Melissa, Angelica, and on and on and on. Each is an asset to the Zappos name. There’s not a visit where I’m not asked about my kids, my husbands health, or something they’ve remembered from my last visit. Truly a fantastic store!

Wasn't finding what I went for and prepared myself to leave when an amazing sales lady came to my rescue and asked me to describe what I was looking for. She came back with one box in her hands and it was what I had described to her and it fit! I left with a wonderful pair of Frye boots at half price. I love this store and trust the sales people. They know the inventory on the floor and in the back too. I will definitely be headed back since I need some new rain boots for Spring.

I have to say this place is excellent.The employees keep the facillity clean and are always willing to help you find what you are looking for.I have focused all my shopping for clothing at this location plus they take good care of first responders,I am very proud to have this business in our state thank you zappos employees for everything you do you all work very hard.

I have been to this outlet about 6 or 7 times. Each and everytime I am amazed at how friendly the staff is and how helpful they are. The prices are good. If you are going be prepared though, you will find high end, great quality shoes for about half of the retail price. No ten dollar shoes here. Tons of bargains but for high end shoes. I love it but I love my high end brands! The inventory changes daily.

I love coming here as you never know what you'll find! I usually go at least once a month with my friend. The women's shoe selection is extensive and they always have a deal going on in addition to the ~50% off retail tags. I also usually can find shoes, sandals, and boots for my granddaughter there at amazing discounts. Brennan and Tina are especially kind and friendly - stellar customer service!

Now that The Outlet moved to Louisville, I find my self going more frequently - always a fun time.Just off I65, one exit from I265. A shopping adventure awaits!

I have found several good deals here. I am a 7.5, so there's a ton of selection in that range and I buy for my kids here and they're not picky yet. Definitely a money saver for us.

This is a great outlet store and you will find plenty of bargains if you can just stop in periodically because inventory varies a great deal. They have special sales on Wednesday and on weekends. You can get on their e-mail list and they will keep you up to date on these specials. I have purchased everything from shoes, boots, coats, bathing suits, purses, slacks, tops and children’s clothes and shoes. That said, I have stopped in and found nothing that interested me. You just never know when you will find those wonderful bargains.

Customer service was outstanding. Prices were very reasonable. Military personnel receive an additional 10% off purchase before taxes. Dresses & swimwear currently 75% off. Will go back again before leaving the area.

I don't find something every time that I come here, but when I do it's a really great deal. I've gotten terrific deals on brand name running shoes multiple times. Also boots and dress shoes. Never can tell what will be here.
