It Lowes! Got what I needed but one thing. The only one thing I would add to the one thing is they are missing a great selection of metric bolts but Lowe's it's not necessary the place for odd bolts so I will not score them bad for that.

We shop at this location all the time. However, we had the best experience today. Want to give a shout out to Chuck he was so helpful with everything that we needed. Helped us find a cart, and get it all loaded. Poor guy also informed us it was his day off, but he was there serving hot dogs and didn’t complain at all. 5 stars Lowe’s today for customer service

I love this place. They had everything I needed and helped figure out what worked best for me. Cindy and Heather helped me find things and load the sand bags, and Michael volunteered to load the bricks into my car. They were great. Chris helped, too. Thanks, yall!

Yesterday I stopped at the closest Lowe's to my home in Tennessee the Newport branch.
The manager George, wonderful Rose and customer service oriented Melanie worked with me tremendously yesterday.
I bought a wonderful Hotpoint chest freezer, 7 cubic feet and a 40 gallon hot water heater,
They helped me load everything, they worked with me on the cost and the extended warranty.
Keep up the great work folks you have a customer for life!

Bryan is the best! If the lines are backed up employees will assist you with checkout in the self checkout lines. People are very helpful 10/10 recommended.

Nice store, similar to most Lowe's. Extra clean, even the bathroom.
Had no problem finding what I needed. Very helpful staff. Approached 2 times by employees to see if I needed assistance even though I had what I needed. This location has really expanded their indoor flower section.

Francine at the Newport, TN Lowe's is the BEST for Customer Service with a smile! She quickly helped me with purchasing a freezer and shared my enthusiasm with solving my food storage problem. Francine was so positive and kind. I would highly recommend asking for her if you are looking to buy an appliance. I would rate her more than 5 stars if I could!

Best Lowes I’ve been to. Service is always fast and reliable and the staff is super friendly. Of course you can still run into problems with production and shipping, but the staff does everything they can to make your life easier. Bathrooms are always clean as well.
