Great store. Staff is so friendly and willing to allow you to shop without constant upselling as you do. You're free to roam around and enjoy, but they're right there immediately when you need them! Smiles are in no short supply. 😀 Great quality, great atmosphere, and great folks. You will certainly enjoy a visit to this store. Enjoy!!

The customer service was above and beyond anything I've ever experienced because I had never been in a woman's store to do the shopping for a lady. Do the sales rep went above and beyond her job title she walked through this door and helped me not only pick out two outfits or my mother but also help with finding matching jewelry to go with her outfits so if you are in the area and you're needing ladies fashion I definitely recommend you to stop at Cato's because they will do everything they can to make you feel like your needs are their top priorities thank you so much for everything you did because my mom loved the outfits and the jewelry you guys help me brighten her day
