Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Newport, TN

So glad to have Fast Pace open on the weekends. We did preregistration online so no need to fill out paperwork in the office. We were able to choose a time online and it let us know how many people were ahead of us. Everyone was so kind. Kind and helpful at reception area. Super sweet nurse that was great with my daughter. Doctor Hill was so kind and knowledgeable. She made everyone feel very comfortable. Really good experience for my little one and us.

Checked in during a time of much illness, went back to my vehicle and completed checking on my phone. A link kept me posted on my place in line, and received a text when they were ready for me. Also they take VA patients which kept me from driving from Newport to Johnson City. I prefer the wait outside to masks because few work and few are worn correctly. Staff was great.Housekeeping was the only issue but some contractors ware working inside.

Other than wait time on a Sunday, I had the most awesome experience. The staff was exceptional, very concerned and helpful. This is my new place to go for medical concerns.

Was seen quickly after check-in. The nurse and provider were both very thorough and showed genuine concern. My wife and I are always treated very well, which why we don’t hesitate to go to Fast Pace if we can’t get into our PCP.

Easy to make appointments online and fast.

Great experience! I saw Sara Seamen today and she was wonderful. I was able to pick a time online the night before, check in, and wait in my car until they were ready for me. They saw me quickly and my provider, Sara, was knowledgeable, efficient, AND friendly.

I had the best Dr and nurse I could have asked for. Chelsea was the sweetest person and definitely wanted to make me feel better. I had Covid for the 1st time and she actually cares about her patients. The guy nurse that gave me my shot my fiance and I really like him. He will definitely put a smile on your face if your feeling bad. Thank you guys so much for caring for your patients. This place is wayyyy better than Cocke County Emergency Room hands down 🙏

I had some very painful cyst that Chelsey helped me with. She and her staff were very kind and helpful. The front desk lady is a Saint for the questions she is asked and holding her composure.Greatly appreciated the fast service and relief from that awful pain. Keep up the awesome smiles and good work

For self employed folks without insurance, its a great choice. prices where fair and the process was simple, get you in and out pretty good. I am not sure how many doctors they have, but the one we saw went the extra mile. used common sense along with her knowledge of medicine to help explain the problem and what needs to happen to get well. i have read a few reviews good and bad. I understand one thing about the medical field, they don't like these types of providers because they operate and help people without insurance at a fair price. unfortunately , they can only do so much. my guess is the man don't help them much, and getting access to hospitals and specialist are very difficult. the insurance companies are pushing doctors to punish people who don't conform, don't pay them for insurance. Thank you for this service. Wish more offices operated this way.

It was super fast, the provider even apologized for the wait but it wasn't a wait at all I waited 20 minutes maybe 25 all the staff was very caring, helpful and knowledgeable,my provider was Chelsey Babb she was so caring and knowledgeable I was only back with her for 5 Mins I had a right ear infection with a sinus infection. After she told me that she even ask me is there anything else you would like to discuss or any other questions, concerns you have? She didn't talk over me and actually listened to me.I would recommend this clinic to my family so of course I recommend it to anyone I'm the area of need

Love fast pace!! Recently went and got so many more answers than the local er!! The staff is always nice and the provider we seen was so informative!! I’ve got 6 kids so having them see us as walk ins when needed is so helpful and not having to deal with the er!! Thank yaw for being there. ❤

My husband was hurting really bad is an area. We didn't have to wait long they found a very large kidney stone and immediately got things rolling. Thank you so much for your help and caring.

The establishment was very clean. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait to long before being seen. I was feeling 💯 percent better within 24 hrs..!! I would highly recommend this health care center.

The staff were totally professional. In my opinion overworked and underpaid. The grounds and facilities were stellar. Thanks for everything. From the receptionist to the RN to Ms. Sara the provider. I apologize for not catching the receptionist and RNs names. I was thoroughly impressed door to door. Thank you all. You are great!!!

These people saved my life.
I had pneumonia I could not catch my
breath. Newport medical center is a very very scary place and they were kicking people out before they were even trying to figure out what was wrong with them. So I was very thankful to go to this doctor's establishment and get the help I needed.
They had an x-ray machine on site they ran test I figured out what's wrong with me gave me the medicine I needed and now I'm fully reco

The PA Amber is wonderful! I highly recommended seeing her if you find yourself under the weather. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly! A+!

I never expected to have a broken foot especially me working and walking on it but they all was super nice. I didn't expect to recieve the care I did. Thank goodness the doctor and the xray technician had such a good personality.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR HEALTH CARE NEEDS.

Come here every 2 years for my DOT physical, quick service and no appointment needed

Went in on a busy Monday afternoon & not only did they get me in & treat me in under an hour, but they got me the paperwork & authorization to get my medication locally instead of having to go to a VA dispensary. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
