The first time I walked into Wilton springs hardware, everyone was so eager to help me. I asked one question and they pointed me to the direction of Jason. Jason is super awesome and super friendly. He walked me through everything I needed and had to do. The response time for him to get back to me was no more than 30 minutes. When he says he will call you back, he certainly does in a very timely manner. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything that was going on and what he was going to do for me. Thank you to everyone at Wilton Springs Hardware for all of your help and support! It is greatly appreciated!

Great hardware store close to home...I always go there instead of Lowe's or Walmart for all the basic stuff... plumbing, electrical, and a great rental department. If I have a question I go here for the answer.
Definitely my favorite hardware store!!!!

Helpful, friendly... this place has been in business since I got my first property and needed a utility pole and box. I first went there with my Dad a long time ago, when it was only the front store. My first boyfriend had a fruit stand right beside it.
It was busy then and it's busy now because people know they will be treated right there.
Good people. Good service.

The guys at Wilton springs will not only make sure you get everything you need on time and for a good price but they will go out of their way to help you out on your projects. Our construction project was being held up due to multiple issues and missing materials. Jason got the parts to me within 2 days while everyone else in East Tennessee was at least 2 weeks out. He also went ahead and called the relevant inspectors to make sure I would have it inspected as it was installed to make sure the project went on smoothly - cannot recommend enough.

Haven't even been there yet. But my interactions with Jason on the phone tells me that it's going to be a great visit. Jason has taken the time to explain everything to me regarding an upcoming purchase and installation of a temporary electric service on my property.

5 stars 🌟 these guys went above beyond without even asking. True service is shown when things dont quite go the way as planned. I had a minor issue with the equipment and I called immediately to let them be aware to prevent further wear and tear on the equipment. They not only appreciated the transparency and communication they made it more than right. I will always recommend and rent equipment from Wilton springs hardware from now on. I have many rental homes and a mobile home park not to far from these guys. There seems to be nothing I can't get there and they are priced about the same as Lowes who just does not need ALL the business. People need to shop local anyway, but this store truly does care about helping. I have rented equipment there many times and bought lots of drain field items there also. Always satisfied. Keep up the great work!

Rented a Bobcat Skid steer for 2days. Ended up needing it for an additional day. The Bobcat was in great shape almost brand new. Had and great experience with Paul. He will go over everything from the equipment down to the paperwork and cost. They delivered on time and picked up on time I couldn’t say enough about the customer service at Wilton Springs! If u need any rental equipment call and ask for Paul super nice guy.

Always helpful. You may pay just a little bit more,
but their items are of a higher quality than the big box stores. I saved over $100 on a name brand thankless water heater and it came with the vent systen. I've been going there first for over 30 yeass. Would like to see a military discount.

Absolutely the best place I've rented a piece of equipment from. From helping me pick the right tool for the job I explained I needed to do, to when I returned it early and they pro-rated the price. Excellent customer service from start to finish as well as great equipment rentals. Will definitely make this local business my goto from now on!

These guy's are GREAT!!!!! Very helpful and friendly and the prices are a lot cheaper than I found at other stores in this area. I also like the fact that I'm doing business with local folks instead of big business. This helps keep the money in our community and it helps our neighbors

This a fantastic place to shop. They have a wide variety of goods and they are good quality. The owners are amazing. Stop by and check them out.
