What an amazing floral shop and staff!! We were recommended by a friend to use them for my daughters wedding- so glad we did. From the first meeting to the final wedding day everything was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail, the willingness to help, and the setup and take down was a flawless experience. Kathy and the staff were such a blessing to us and helped alleviate a lot of stress. They have lots of items that can be rented and honestly, it’s a one stop shop for the whole ceremony/reception. Thanks again for care and attention to detail. We will definitely use you again and highly recommend you to friends and family.

I cannot express my love for this place enough. I got married on 10.21.23 and everything Petals did for me was absolute perfection. I originally walked into that shop thinking I could not afford wedding floral due to previous experience elsewhere, and by the time I left I was beaming with excitement. They brought my wedding to life with my exact vision ,and I could not be any happier. If you need wedding flowers then this is the place to go.

Petals Florist is amazing! Kathy and Kaila are amazing to work with! I showed her the inspiration for my wedding and she did that plus beyond more! She made my floral dreams come too! If I could give 1,000 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Kathy and her shop was recommended to me by a friend who was also getting married. With just 3 months before my wedding, Kathy was able to squeeze me in last minute. Not only did she squeeze me in, she went above and beyond in helping me pick my flowers through multiple FaceTime calls as I live a few hours away from the shop.

Kathy made me feel special, she listened to what I wanted, and created the most beautiful flowers I could ever have on my day. Kathy is an absolute rock star with customer service and creativity, but her willingness to go above and beyond is what makes her amazing. In a short amount of time, she made a bridal bouquet, countless numbers of corsages and boutonnières, bridesmaid bouquets, and arbor bouquets. I will cherish my flowers and day forever and know that if I ever need flowers again to go to Kathy.

I was delighted to find such a charming shop when looking for a place to deliver flowers for a colleague's birthday. I called early to request a same-day delivery and had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Kathy. She walked me through the process and discussed the flower availability for an arrangement I liked. We switched up the vase and changed a couple of the stems. When she sent me a photo of the completed arrangement, it knocked my socks off. It was delivered within the promised time and I've been getting messages from our local office about how beautiful the flowers are. 10/10 I would use this florist for any floral needs in the Newport area. BTW - my aunt owns a flower shop in Illinois so I've had a lot of exposure to the business, I feel confident in my ability to know a good flower shop when I find one! :)

The middle of February we lost our baby sister at the young age of 28! Petals/Kathy were highly recommended and after working with her team ,for our sisters flowers, I CAN SEE WHY!!! Kathy was so patient, kind, and even telling us the BEST WAYS to do certain things. You don't know how much that means in such a trying time. I called Kathy to discuss her helping me with a boho bouquet for my wedding. She was accommodating with my schedule and when I got to the shop she went above and beyond my expectations. From pictures to FaceTime videos she walked me through her building my bouquet to exactly what I wanted after we walked around the shop picking stems for what felt like an hour. Petals Florist is the go to florist in East TN for any occasion but especially boho weddings. These ladies know how to match color and styles and are super friendly and make it easy and fun! I had ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother in law, I wanted them to be a surprise so I didn’t let her know they were coming. The woman that delivered the flowers (I wish I would’ve gotten her name!) went above and beyond to get my MIL the flowers (my MIL wasn’t home at that time & they couldn’t just leave the flowers due to the wind).
