Chase Bank

great bank. I absolutely love the walk up ATM and the fact is a very well lit area at night so safety feels like it's covered in every aspect

Went to open an account for infant. Was served nicely and respectfully. This is not a normal chase bank with tellers.

Love it. Great bank, great staff. Clean. Fresh coffee available.

Please explain to me how a ACTUAL Chase Bank not a licensed facility can not help with all Chase needs? I am not a Chase customer but they hold my car title. I showed up cash in hand ready to pay and get told this facility only handles ATM transactions and you have to have a Chase debit card? Nothing on the website or the exterior of the building advises this. Waste of time and gas coming here to get nothing done. Facility was clean and the employees were polite but definitely something that should be better advertised so people aren't wasting their time.

I have an account at chase and have too drive all the way into okolona to do any cash transactions. I am siding with the others here that it is waste of space.
And i have no reason to waste my time on a branch thats not full service...

Needed cash for an event so I did not go to the one that was just north of my house since this was on the way. ATM not working had to go in bank. I was in a hurry and didn't need this. I imagine this one will be closing down just like the one they closed in Lynden cuz this is the way it was right before they closed it.

I was informed that my account was fraudulent but both supervisors I spoke with said they didn’t have to tell me anything and my funds would be mailed out in 6 months! Never ever bank with Chase! They will rock your whole world upside down! Does good customer service even exist anymore in this awful world?

Went to branch today to open savings account and was told I need to go to another branch 3-4 miles down the road. No problem but then was told that person was booked up for 2 weeks. Pathetic. Fifth third got my business today. I’ve banked at chase 16 yrs. Do better chase before you lose all your business.

Why is this branch even open? There are no tellers anymore and you can only make cash deposits through the ATM, and all of their ATMs have been broken for two months! I really wish I had never switched to Chase, they’re honestly a joke at this point. If you’re looking to open an account, I implore you to go with anyone else.

I went into this branch to have a cashier's check maid out to pay of a loan. I found out weeks later from the payee a hold was put on the check which I never did. I go into the branch and they said only I can do that and have to show my identification in order for it to be done. However they can't come up with any records of when who or how it was done. Now I have to wait for an investigation to be done and pay late fees and interest on the loan which. Not to say the pay of was an exceptional amount of money. Now I have to possibly seek legal advice.
