I was looking for car to get back and forth too work. A car that was reliable and also dependable. I stopped by the auto store and was looking around on there lot. I was approached by a older gentleman name Mr. Johnny Fulmore. Best experience I have ever had looking for a car. He listened to all my needs. And even asked me what budget did I want to be in. That was so important. He did just that he delivered. His customer service was delightful. Everyone there has good customer service and very polite and friendly. If you hadn’t stopped by the auto store I suggest you do so. They are they best

If I could put less than one star I would. What started off as me buying a 2011 Honda Pilot in January 2022 with approximately 145k miles, to me the very next month having major repairs done every 3 weeks put me in a financial bind and nightmare that is still going 9-months later. I later found out that that the mileage was rolled back and it did not have the said miles. In actuality, those miles accrued almost 3 years ago! So you can imagine how many miles are on this vehicle. I spoke to my finance company Western Funding and an investigation began. My finance company said that The Auto Store, owned by Crook Charles Bell was issued and told to buy back the vehicle. I have been in communication with Crook Charles Bell whom spoke to me very nicely, and made some many promises that he was “working on it” and “getting the money up” to pay the Finance Company. Every week he would tell me something new, something different. I would believe him. While each day, week, and month went by, I am still responsible for the vehicle that Charles Bell actually came up and picked up and took back to his store to probably resale to another misguided innocent person. Up until recently, like a few days ago I have not heard anything from Charles Bell. I called my Finance company and they said he also
Is not returning calls, and that now the truck that I do not have and still financially responsible for is 120 days late and is moved to “Charge Off” status. Crook Charles Bell played me for 9 months. Now my credit is shot and I have no idea when I will ever be able to buy or finance a car. Crook Charles Bell is a smooth talker and sounds very humble and kind. He is definitely a wolf in a rabid sheep clothing with demons. I do not wish him or his company well in life. I cannot believe people are so evil. Beware of this company. Do not take the risk!

Be very careful purchasing from here,they don't have titles to vehicles they are selling,they lure investors and take their money.The dealer auction is currently actively pursuing this dealership for vehicles they sold that they didn't own.Floor finance company is looking for their vehicles to.Customers are suffering.Sales people quit due to the SHADY dealings that are going on here.I haven't received my titles in 6 months for cars that were payed for in CASH.
