Moses was our usps rep at the counter today and he was awesome! The long line moved extremely quickly. Shipping costs are up, but that’s everywhere. This usps location is solid. Separately, I’ve dealt with the management here and they were super helpful as well.

I have had some really great experiences with this post office and actually every post office in the Florence county area!

Always have great experiences at this post office. All the employees are helpful and great, but Robert I'd my absolute favorite! I will let a whole line of people go in front of me just so I can get him. He is so patient, helpful, & knowledgeable about his job. I've had problems with mail going to the wrong place or getting returned to sender by accident, but the post master has always fixed the problem immediately. Out of 4 years going there, this type of problem has only happened twice. I've also needed a package quickly once before and they got it off the truck so I could pick it up instead of having to wait on delivery. I will continue to go here for all my postal needs and I highly recommend it. 💙💙

I'm putting five stars so I know people will be able to read this. Two weeks ago I made an appointment to purchase a passport book (emphasizing on appointment). I arrived on time just to be turned away because the lady that normally does them was in a car accident (completely understandable). I was then told to come back at 3:30 for the other person that handles passports to come in. Came back on time and have now been sitting and waiting because two people "needed" to be penciled in that day (same two people that arrived after me and told me they didn't have an appointment). This is the most unorganized and lazy post office I have ever been in and will drive a town over next time if I have any business that needs to be done. Definitely could have been more professional about everything.

The clerks were friendly and helpful! One walked up and down the line to ensure all questions were answered and helped me find the best packaging option for my shipment. Very organized, pleasant, and well maintained! I wouls definitely come to this post office again.

Staff very kind to me. Came in totally unprepared and they were patient and let me step off to get a box, pack it, make the label all while holding my spot to the side until I finished. Let other people go of course but I was able to go right when I finished and they finished the person up. Quick and easy.
