I had a special circumstance with the folks at Cube Smart and they were accommodating to this circumstance. Friendly manager had me signed up and ready to go with a cube space in less than 10 min. First month is free as well so it’s a great deal.

I was pricing units at different facilities and when I got to Cubesmart I made my decision. The manager up front was chipper, bright and super helpful, I think Megan was her name. I could just tell she had the most wonderful smile under her mask when I was talking to her. She showed me the unit I was looking for and answered all of my questions! The office and units are clean and the prices are great compared to other places I went to.

Everything and everyone was great . The manager, Debbie, had to help me cut a lock off that I lost the key for. We worked at that for probably 30 minutes. It was a brinks lock and was really strong . Debbie was very pleasant and extremely helpful. These guys had a sale going on and had the very best deal in town. They have Super clean units. I was talking to a really nice guy named Gary at the office when I checked out and he told me extra space has a certain standard they keep for the units they rent out and I can tell you this, They were spotless. Excellent customer service, great job and the next time I need storage I know where I'm going...and it ain't cube smart !!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They charge from the day you move in as the start of your monthly payments. (Not the first of the month like others. You get your full time worth for your money. ) I would use them again if the need arises.

Miss Betty and crew are fantastic! They were always helpful and available. Great price, Great facility, Great attitude and personalities at the Jamil Rd. location. A bit dated, but very clean and very well maintained.

Betty was the most wonderful person. She is extremely professional and helpful. We had a family crisis and lived in another state and needed to coordinate storage for a car. Chris and Betty were very nice. This place is much more organized and knowledgeable than the other two places I tried to rent from the day before. They did everything they said they were going to between my paperwork and my first visit to move in.

Harley, the manager was amazing. He took the time to explain my options, even let me see the unit to gage the space and answered all my questions with a pleasant and amazing attitude. Thank you so much for the help!

I had a great experience signing up for my unit. Diana & Dee were both really cool & a lot of fun, and most importantly, very informative about how everything worked! The experience was very transparent & fun, easy and quick. I'd recommend to anyone looking for storage in the area!

The ladies who work here are amazing. They were super friendly and accommodating. They gave me all the info I need to make the best choice in my storage size. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Betty, Betty, Betty ! She is an amazing employee and person. She accepted all my package deliveries, made sure they were elevated in the storage unit on a crate due to the rain. She was a pleasure to coordinate with and friendly to talk to. I will be back!
